It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Four Stars ART-PE is a luxury accommodation in the pure nature, but still only 3 km from the highway Zagreb - Ljubljana. It is 30 minutes to Ljubljana and 50 minutes to Zagreb. There are three bedrooms, two with water beds and one with quality hotel mattresses. From the bedrooms there is an exit to a 45m2 large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. For guests with electric vehicles, a charging station is available at a rate of €35 per charging session.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
