Monthly Rentals in Duy Nghĩa

It's a much better place to stay than it looks. da At first, I was wondering why other users had good reviews, but after staying, I think it's worth it. da I liked the friendly manager, active communication, and quick responses. da From the standpoint of using both breakfast and barbecue, the amount is very large. da Delicious food and tidy facilities. Pickup and drop-off were well guided, so I used it conveniently.

Loved this place! It is in a local community so you got a true sense of Vietnamese life without the tourist chaos. The villa and pool were fabulous and exactly what we needed. We loved having the bikes to travel around locally and ride to the coconut boats and local beaches. Air conditioning was perfect in the bedrooms and the shaded pool area was very welcome in the heat. Any questions we had were quickly answered and Mark helped with recommendations and local transport. We can’t fault this villa and would thoroughly recommend it to others.

The place was wonderful, it was exactly as in the images at AirBnB. The host was also very prompt and responsive. All beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. If i have to be nit picky the Air conditions need to be of bigger capacity especially 2 rooms were not getting cool despite of the AC being on almost all day and all night. This is just we are being over critical. Overall the aesthetics and maintenance of the Villa is spot on. It is a perfect get aways for a family and friends. It is also very picturesque too.

Kiet's place is absolutely amazing - and I can't wait to return. He made my parents feel so welcome, gave us a really good background into the city with recommendations, and even invited us to a dinner with family and guests on the last night! The rooms are up to the highest standard i've seen in a homestay, and big shout out to his rest of the family too for making amazing breakfasts every morning.
