A wonderful apartment in a terrific location. It is very spacious and was immaculately clean when I arrived. Eugen is very responsive and incredibly helpful. It was perfect for my week in SG. Pay close attention to the entrance instructions, including the pictures, so you know which doors to use.

Absolutely perfect. We stayed in the accommodation for 1 month and felt very comfortable. The apartment is incredibly well equipped, absolutely nothing was missing. Everything was clean, communication was always friendly and fast. Really perfect and highly recommended! Location is also very good, especially if you have kids. Thanks so much for having us!

We enjoyed staying in the very nicely furnished apartment in the old town of Schwäbisch Gmünd very much. We felt right at home. Located in the middle of the old town, shops, restaurants and much more were within walking distance. Communication with Ute and Holger was easy, reliable and very friendly. We would very much like to stay in this cozy apartment again on our next stay in Schwäbisch Gmünd.

A truly fantastic accommodation where you feel completely comfortable from minute 1. The view of nature, the tranquility, the location slightly away from the village, surrounded by trees… Absolutely perfect if you want to switch off. In the accommodation you will find everything you need - but also nothing more. So it's very tidy and clean. The apartment was decorated with a lot of love. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was cozy warm and large - and then just this view! I will definitely be back and look forward to it! Thank you for having me as your guest ❤️
