Great location about 200m off the main business street so easy access for bakeries, restaurants, groceries, etc. but quiet.

Een prachtig huis in een hele rustige omgeving. Mooie ruimtes om met de hele familie samen te zijn. Mooie grote leefkeuken. Zowel de (over)grootouders als (achter)kleinkinderen hebben zich geamuseerd dit weekend. Aangename tuin om rustig te zitten of te aperitieven. Een echte aanrader voor een leuk familieweekend!

Heel charmante hoeve! Gemakkelijke indeling en voldoende ruimte voor iedereen in de keuken, eetkamer én living. Fantastische tuin en groot terras. Enige minpunt: de matras van het éénpersoonsbed voor de negende persoon, is groot genoeg voor een volwassene maar van mindere kwaliteit.

Unsere 8 Köpfige Reisegruppe hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Laurence und Olivier. Es bietet verschiedene Möglichkeiten auch bei Regenerischen Tagen keine langeweile aufkommen zulassen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und bietet sehr viele zubereitungsmöglichkeiten. Die Schlafzimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren alle sehr bequem und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist vielseitig und die Natur Wunderschön. Die Fotos entsprechen der Wahrheit. Bei Fragen haben wir immer schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten bekommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Prima verblijven, groot huis met leuke buitenplaats. De hond Stella is de liefste hond op aarde!

Wat een bijzondere en inspirerende plek! Oreia is een warme, vriendelijke en kunstzinnige gastvrouw. Ze spreekt naast Frans ook uitstekend Engels, wat het contact prettig maakte. Haar kunstwerken – schilderijen en prachtig beschilderde lampen – gaven de ruimte een unieke sfeer. Overal lagen bijzondere instrumentjes, en de vleugelpiano was topkwaliteit: zuiver en een genot om op te spelen. Er was ook volop materiaal om te schilderen. We voerden mooie gesprekken over kunst, muziek en het leven, en maakten muziek voor elkaar. Ondanks het wat tegenvallende weer genoten we volop van de groene tuin en de nieuwsgierige koeien van de buren. Samen met mijn vrouw had ik een ontspannende, creatieve en verbindende vakantieweek. Een aanrader voor wie houdt van rust, kunst en bezieling.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Katrin. Veel info over de mooie omgeving en heel fijn dat we de racefietsen in de garage mochten plaatsen. Zeker de moeite waard!

We had a great stay. It was very comfortable and in a good location for a trip into brussels or to the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé, le lieu était paisible et plutôt bien desservi pour rejoindre Bruxelles, Anvers ou Ghent. Le logement de Bernadette est propre et bien aménagé, je le recommande !

Absolutely amazing stay in Monschau. Property was lovely and a homely feeling. All was clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Shower worked with very decent water pressure. Surroundings was beautiful and my family including 3 kids aged 9, 14 and 17 loved it all. Smart TV so we logged into all the apps and wifi worked without any issues. Parking is available between the adjacent properties, bit tight to get in and out with neighbours car there but wasn’t an issue for myself, just happy to have a space. Did a day trip to Cologne which was nice and that was 1.5hrs away. Stuffed animal museum was great and that connects to a glass ornament shop where you can actually watch the operation of making the glass ornaments which was very educational. Great communication, thank you.

Die Unterkunft wenn sprach zu einer Prozente Beschreibung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr flexibel, auch bei einer spontanen Verschiebung des Check ins um 2 Stunden.

C'est la 3ème fois que nous venons chez Patrick. Pas de surprise, tout est conforme à ce que nous attendons. Les contacts avec Patrick sont toujours aussi agréables Seule petite réserve, mais Patrick n'y est pour rien, les conditions de circulation sur Rixensart, La Hulpe ne s'améliorent pas... Si nous revenons dans la région, on sollicitera de nouveau Patrick. Paul

We had a wonderful long weekend at Melanie and Hermann's place. I feel like I was visiting my grandpa's house: old building, antiek furniture inside, big carpets on the floor, beautiful dinnerware... Hermann is creator and current director of the Erlebnis museum in Monschau, as a former hunter he has so many stories! It was a unique opportunity for us to touch the wild life so close as we never had it before. They also provides incredible BBQ place with all necessary amenities: just bring the meat with you. This place is a gem in the regio, if you're looking to hit pause on the hustle and bustle of city life and take a breath.

Un logement agréable et très bien équipé, tenu dans un état de propreté impeccable, un accueil très sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent weekend et avons apprécié les environs de Poupehan tant pour les paysages de randonnée que pour la visite de Bouillon et de son château. Un grand merci à Virginie (et à Géo pour l'animation). Frédérique et Philippe.

Wij waren zeer content , ligging ideaal ,rustig ,chalet proper en gerieflijk , zeer gezellig met de kachel. We hebben veel gewandeld en genoten van de rust. Onze hond vond het daar zalig en was op zijn gemak. We gaan zeker nog terug komen.

Wij hebben een perfect verblijf gehad. Alles was in orde. Prachtige boomhut, prachtige locatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is voorzien. Een aanrader!

It was such a nice house, I went with friends and it was a nice place to relax and easy to walk to the town.

We were for a weekend there and everything was perfect. We were in love with this place. I hope that one day i will come back, maybe in winter 🫠 I was looking so long for a place like that and finally i found one. I already recommend to my friends to come too!

I can only recommend a stay in Daniela’s tiny house located deep in the nature. Together with my 2 young sons we had a relaxing weekend with great memories: the house is cosy with all the confort from your own house, the restaurant on site was very welcome upon our arrival the first evening, the swimming pool, football and basketball pitch kept us busy early morning and late evening while during the day we enjoyed the many things you can do in the region known for tourism and adventure sports. Last but not least as French people we love good food; 5 minutes away by car we found high quality bread, meat, fruits and cheese for nice breakfasts and dinners at the tinny house. A 5-star place we will keep in our favorites. See you very soon Daniela!

Heerlijk huisje op een mooie locatie. Door de ligging zit je tussen de boom(toppen) te ontbijten. We hadden er een heerlijke week.Mooi terras met goed meubilair. Modern ingericht al is de bank wel wat zacht. Badkamer en keuken zijn netjes. De A-huisjes hebben erg steile trappen dus pas daar echt goed mee op. Traphekje aanwezig. Vloer vraagt wat onderhoud (komt omhoog). Vanuit het huisje loop je in 2,5km naar centrum Durbuy voor een ijsje, minigolf, lunch bij Sept of goede koffie bij het Garden Café. Bakker op loopafstand 1.5 km, maar dan loop je wel langs een gevaarlijke weg. Diverse faciliteiten op het park die het ook leuk maken voor kinderen (speeltuinen, waarvan 1 vlak achter het huisje; binnenzwembad met ligweide enz). Ook is er horeca aanwezig met een leuke menukaart, vriendelijk personeel (ook bij de receptie!) en organiseerden ze in de week dat wij er waren diverse avonden (rustige) live muziek. Oplaadpunten voor EV (stuk of 8) in aanbouw en die zullen binnenkort openen.

Ontzettend gezellig huisje met een heerlijk balkon tussen de bomen! Het huisje was erg schoon. De tips voor de omgeving waren erg handig en bracht ons op leuke plekken/wandelingen. Achter de bank staat een mand met rackets en ballen! Contact met eigenaar was erg fijn en snel.
