Our modern style duplex has just been fully renovated and is fully equipped. Located in the city center, it remains a quiet place as it is located at the back of the building ("créaflors" store – backyard). Our 70 m² accommodation is organized on 2 levels with all the necessary equipment: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with reading area, bathroom with bath and shower. It is conveniently located in the center of Couvin with free parking just across the street.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

This studio, located in the charming village of Alle-sur-Semois, is ideally placed for a pleasant stay. You will find all the shops necessary for your comfort in the village: grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, restaurants, etc. Surrounded by forests, the village offers a multitude of activities: hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, mini golf, bowling alley, and a playground for children. Het huis heeft een grote woonkamer met houtkachel en een ruime volledig ingerichte eetkeuken. Grote relax en sportruimte met sauna, tafeltennistafel, pooltafel, dartbord en volop bordspellen, en een sjoelbak en televisie plus wifi. Ervaar de rust van het Naturpark Südeifel en het huis met zijn vele extra's.

You have shops (Colruyt, Wibra, Carrefour, Tom&Co, bookstore, C&A, restaurants, sandwich shop, chip shop, Fit for Fun, etc.) downstairs from the building. You are next to the "Gazomètre" metro station, next to the lower Sambre and bus stops. You can park for free in a garage located across the street from the accommodation.

You will find all the comforts you need for a romantic weekend. Private access for 2 hours to the Wellness (swimming pool + sauna (1 hour)) terrace is included in the price with each overnight stay. Access to the games and sports room is available from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Barbecue possible.
