We are in front of the Bahia de Olas Altas and the Lighthouse, on Cerro de la Neveria, with a private balcony.

The apartment's location is excellent, you can walk to the Machado, Downtown, Cathedral, Cerro de la Neveria, Olas Altas, Paseo del Centenario, Clavadista and the Lighthouse; the beach in front is perfect for swimming and walking. You can also rent bicycles and ride along the bike path that is right in front of the apartment and that crosses the entire pier.

On Avenida del Mar, the venue of important events: Carnival, Marathon, and International Triathlon.
