spacious apartment on two floors, the first consists of a spacious stay with a sectional room that in turn transforms into a large bed. On this floor it also has a bar that works in turn as a bar and breakfast room. This floor has a small kitchenette and a mini refrigerator, a modern desk, and a full bathroom. In the stay in front of the section there is a smart TV with access to Netflix, DVD and at home theater. The upper floor has 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 large sofa, sectional furniture with television and DVD, 1 large dressing room, vanity and handwasher.

40 year-old modern house beautifully restored. Interesting architecture/original wooden details are seen throughout the place. Attention to decor/comfort. House meticulously cleaned Security cameras located outside the property and in the back yard. Car rental recommended House is 10 minutes to the center of the city. Uber reliable but not so much on major holidays. *NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE *NO PARTIES ALLOWED *POOL EQUIPMENT NOT FOR GUESTS TO ACTIVATE/HANDLE
