Spacious home from home with stunning costal views

Mainslea is located in the beautiful setting of Dunure opposite a ruined castle with amazing views of Arran and a short walk to the beach and picturesque harbour. The property is very spacious and is ideal for family gatherings and parties. The 7 seater hot tub is very popular with guest. The family room is located downstairs so suited to anyone with mobility issues. The studio is a self contained unit at the top of the garden with it's own bathroom and kitchen area. We welcome dogs too.

Accommodation is in a spacious 2 bedroom Victorian house, built in 1870. It is part of a courtyard with a 17th century farmhouse (where Bernard the host lives), a deli, smokehouse and award-winning seafood restaurant. The house is between the A78 road and the Fairlie moors, where you can find walking and cycling routes with outstanding views of the Clyde coast. Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.
