Our annex is situated on the western edge of Dunstable in a very quiet road, 1 mile to the town centre and the historic Priory Church. Self contained annexe comprises of a double bedroom with clothes hanging space. Tea & coffee making facilities, a small fridge and breakfast basket. NOTE No Cooking Facilities. Modern shower room. Views over Totternhoe Knolls, walkable to the Downs and Gliding club. Whipsnade Zoo, Bletchley Park, Luton Airport and stations to London are a short drive away.

Potten End is situated just outside the perimeter of Ashridge Estate, with the lovely town of Berkhamsted 5 minutes' drive away. The village has two pubs, a village store-cum-café, and Berkhamsted has many quality pubs and restaurants. The main house is lived in by Trevor, and Graham lives a few miles away. We are both keen cyclists and walkers and can offer guidance about the local area.

COSY ROOM CLOSE TO LUTON AIRPORT AND LUTON TOWN

The 'Cosy Room' was exactly as the photograph. Small, with a single bed, fridge, microwave and kettle with tea, coffee sugar and cups, plates cutlery. A desk and chair, wardrobe, all clean. It would be nice to have a bedside light. There's a shop very close by to buy milk etc. It's possible to walk to the train station nearest to the airport. I got an Uber for under £7 as it's a bit uphill. It cost more to get one back the following morning though so I walked as it was downhill and took about 25 mins. The commication with Nathalie was very good and prompt. I recommend for an inexpensive overnight stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Felicity's. Unfortunately our paths did not cross but I did meet her husband, who was very helpful. I also met her delightful cat, Kirby. I had my own bathroom and parking space, a bonus. You could help yourself to tea, coffee and breakfast, is you so wished to do so. The property itself is within easy striking distance of Rickmansworth town centre and its three big supermarkets, Marks and Spencers Food Hall, Waitrose and Tesco. Rickmansworth also has its own theatre, Watersmeet. If you like walking, Rickmansworth Aquadrome and the canal are very close by. From the property there is easy access to the M25, M40, M4, A1 and M1 etc, so is very well connected if you want to travel Highly recommended
