This design award winning detached property is surrounded by grounds which include a slope which may not be suitable for very young children. With stunning sea views, The Outlook is built into the hillside, access is via steps down from the road (or can be accessed via a steep path). Minutes from the Valley Gardens, on the beach path, close to the town centre; this is a beautiful spot. The Outlook sadly doesn’t lend itself well to those with mobility issues or very young children. Dog friendly.

Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. Cliff Cottage is a cosy cottage in a great location . A two minute walk and you are on the beach . Good bars and eateries are close by. Darren is a great host and thoughtful touches such as a milk in fridge, bottle of bubbly etc shows he wants your stay to be as pleasant as possible. Archie our dog loved his bag of treats too! We will definitely be booking again as Marske and the cottage is a perfect spot for a relaxing break

A lovely family cottage, in beautiful settings. We took the advise of our host, and walked up Roseberry hill. Well worth the trek. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and Paul was close by if we needed anything.

A woodburner is situated within a brick hearth, its glass front displaying flickering flames and glowing embers. The warm light emanates from the fire, creating a cozy atmosphere in the living space, while the intricate design of the stove adds character to the room.

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean,, comfortable and well decorated. Great location, lovely personal touches and really responsive communication. Highly recommend, would definitely return if back in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay in Mams House - the house is lovely and has everything you need for a stay away from home. The area is quiet but still close to all the local amenities and was a great base for us to spend time with family and explore the area. Jordan and John were great hosts - thanks for all your help

What a lovely home! The house was clean and exactly like the pictures. Perfect location and the parking was ideal. Just a short walk into Guisborough. Emily was a fantastic host! She was friendly and nothing was too much hassle! We went on a birthday trip and she decorated and left treats! A fantastic stay! Thank you !
