Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle and Romanesque church between the Wald- and Weinviertel near Eggenburg. Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-living room. Sleeping area with curtain can be divided. Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, table tennis table and the sauna with bath and outdoor shower are at your disposal. The narrow Danube Valley is famous as a world heritage site and a feel-good landscape with a special climate. The Jauerling hiking region offers 350 km of marked hiking trails. Distinctive wines grow on 1,296 hectares, mostly on steep terraces. Maria Laach is a pilgrimage site.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a trip for a few days in the beautiful Wachau. With magnificent views of Dürnstein and plenty of space, it is easy to stay. The winery has a wine tavern (Heuriger) which is open seasonally and leaves hardly any culinary desire unfulfilled. Whether hiking, biking or walking, there is so much to discover in the Wachau World Heritage Site.
