Jolie petite maison de pêcheur lumineuse. A proximité de l’océan, vous serez à quelques pas de la plage. Proche des commerces et activités, vous pourrez facilement tout faire à pied mais ATTENTION en été notre station balnéaire est très fréquentée et notre petite maison proche des animations (concerts) et restaurants perd de sa tranquillité, notamment en soirée. Idéale pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Nous venons souvent profiter de ce petit cocon et nous sommes heureux de le partager avec vous!

Très bel appartement de 120 m2 avec vue panoramique, parking, refait à neuf en août 2018, situé en front de mer avec terrasse, au 4ème étage d'une résidence de luxe. Idéalement placé, à 10 minutes à pied de la Gare d’Arcachon et à 100 mètres de la rue piétonne commerçante avec nombreux restaurants. Très belle plage face à la résidence (Plage Thiers). La célèbre jetée Thiers se trouve à 200 mètres d'où sont tirés chaque année les feux d'artifice du 14 juillet et du 15 août.
