This cabin was so dreamy! On our drive in, we spotted a beautiful gray fox and a few deer. The forest surrounding the cabin is just beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed. I thought I wouldn’t like to walk to the bath house, but honestly I thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s only a short walk, and it gives you multiple chances to spot wildlife. The bath house is clean and has everything you need. I especially enjoyed the French press coffee and slow mornings reading in the cabin

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids 3 and under and a dog. We had a great stay! The place is as described and more. Very well stocked with all the essentials for kitchen and otherwise. Lots of space. Clean. Heating and cooling. Thoughtfully decorated. Lots of yard space. Beautiful view of the local mountains. Scott gave us a tour of their farm and our little guy fed the ducks - fun! Right next to Little Qualicum Cheeseworks - fresh dairy awaits. Location is good - farm setting but close to town. Overall great value and would stay again!

Beautiful Getaway! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 5-year-old, 1-year-old, small dog) spent American Thanksgiving week at Carley's place on Pender Island and had an amazing and relaxing week of family time. The house is even more unique (in the best possible way) than the pictures show, the views are amazing, and the kids spent days just exploring the space. We hiked each day, explored the island, and enjoyed the sunsets and fireplace. The hosts are communicative, and the place has all the amenities you could need. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again!

Very clean and comfortable. Location was central to our activity so it worked well for us. Would definitely recommend and we will say there again when in the area next.

Where do I start, to describe how amazing our experience was! The house is at the top so you can only see a few roofs. The owners do live nearby and have a wonderful dog that visits if you are OK with him. Location is out of town, but only 30 minutes (residential driving, so speed limit is low) to town. So many natural things to see within 10 minutes or just explore around the house! Lots of games at the house to keep everyone busy if the weather is not great. The only downside, other than not being able to live there full time, would be the water pressure. It was very low and difficult to shower if any other water source was on and also washing dishes was hard. If there is availability, we will be back!

The location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed breathtaking views and easy access to all the island's treasures. Whether we wanted to explore the vibrant town, hike scenic trails, or simply relax and soak in the tranquility, everything was conveniently within reach. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality of Gramma Rikki. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel like valued guests, and we truly appreciated their warm and welcoming spirit. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the island. great cabin on the outskirts of Victoria with lots to do!

This is a great spot for inter-generational families because the layout of living areas and bedrooms allows everyone to to be separate or together as they choose. We loved the quirkiness combined with the lovely modern bathrooms. And the property surrounding the house is so much fun to explore. It is a great family house and all the kids loved the pool and water slide. We have already decided to come back next year.

This is the third time that we’ve been back to the condos and I’m sure we’ll keep visiting in the future. Besides just how amazing the property and surroundings are, our condo came exactly as advertised. Perfect place for my family and dogs to spend a week. The condo was perfectly clean and we had everything that we needed. Definitely recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Jamie and Adam’s place. It was the coziest and most comfortable airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The view is spectacular and the house, and all its amenities were exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely cone back again!

Wendy's place was so quiet and peaceful, we absolutely loved staying here! We had everything we needed and the space was really well set up. It was a perfect spot to stay! Wendy's property is wonderful and we enjoyed getting to see her friendly dog, the horse and goats! Wendy was really helpful with great local recommendations, there's much more for us to come back and do on a future trip!

The hosts were very graceful and understanding of my anxious dog. They answered all of my questions promptly. The roads in the area are long and windy, so be aware of this in case anyone in your party has motion sickness issues. It was perfect for me as I love exploring new areas. Those from out of town may want to research the controversy surrounding the bear mountain/highlands area and local first nations communities.

We had a lovely little stay on the way through to the west coast. Michelle was super helpful in her instructions for everything, and finding the house was a piece of cake. The place is cute and clean and a perfect place to rest your head for the night. Beautiful surrounding area, definitely worth checking out!

We love staying here! It’s peaceful and relaxing, right off the Galloping Goose for a quick ride or walk and the kids love being able to have a campfire. The place is clean, has everything you need and all the kitchen tools to cook a great meal. Laura is always quick to respond, and my son loved checking out the fire truck!
