Spacious and luminous apartment in a historical family building. Very well equipped and with care for the detail, the place is furnished in a simple but well-maintained manner. There are 2 balconies and a private covered garage, with direct access to the apartment, exclusively used by our guests. Dumenza is a quiet and authentic village in a strategic position to reach easily by car the tourist resorts of Lake Maggiore, Como and Lugano, but offers also a lot of privacy.

Bel appartement propre et rénové. Très fonctionnel et confortable. Dans un petit village charmant et calme dans la montagne. Proximité de la frontière suisse et du lac majeur pour faire de belles excursions ou randonnées. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Cependant, attention si vous avec une grande et large voiture, elle ne passera pas dans la rue qui mène au logement mais un parking gratuit est disponible très proche.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Nous avons passer un super séjour (4 nuits) dans le petit coin de paradis de Larissa. Tout était parfait (pas de bruit, propreté impeccable 👌🏽,…) ! Nous y reviendrons ! 🤩 Nous n’avons pas goûté au petit-déjeuner car nous partions tôt le matin mais celui-ci est également proposé par Larissa. Nous recommanderons les yeux fermés ce logement à nos amis et connaissances ! ☺️

La baita è magnifica, studiata in ogni minimo dettaglio, c’è una privacy pazzesca e io che porto il velo ho potuto fare il bagno senza incorrere in sguardi indiscreti! Amazing stay at Cinzia’s home. I wish I never had to leave. Her and her family were so helpful and kind. For us, the location was perfect - close to everything and just a short walk into town, but still felt secluded and private, surrounded by gorgeous scenery and nature all around. Cinzia was responsive to any of our questions and helped coordinate a massage for us by the water, and a multi-course dinner service at the home - everything was exceptional.

Wir durften fünf wunderschöne Tage in der traumhaften Villa direkt am Lago Maggiore erleben. Die Villa ist unterhalb der Strasse gelegen, sodass der Lärm von den Autos nur schwach zu hören ist (der Weg nach unten mit einigen Treppenstufen war für uns kein Problem). Wir haben die Wohnung Limone im 2. Stock gemietet: die Wohnung ist mit viel Geschmack sehr schön eingerichtet und wir fanden alles sauber und sehr gut vorbereitet vor. Die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist traumhaft! Die Kommunikation und Betreuung durch Sabine und Albert war sehr angenehm, unsere Anfragen wurden schnell und freundliche und kompetent beantwortet. Cannero Riviera ist ein schöner Ort, welcher zu Fuss rasch zu erreichen ist. Wir hoffen, dass wir wieder einmal dort Tage verbringen können und können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen!

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.
