We kept extending our stay here because of how comfortable we felt in this house. Ate Mhy , the caretaker, is very friendly and kind. I love everything about this stay. My doctor does a home visit and does everything conveniently for me. Glad this house isn’t hard to locate. Really a great AirBnB find!

I felt right at home Quiet,just what I needed, however you need your own transport,cause the venue is totally out of the way for most, if not all pedicabs.

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. My girlfriend really loved it too. We both would highly recommend this place and actually this is my second time staying here. Thanks again Gloria for helping My stay to be more enjoyable.

My parents had a wonderful experience staying at Douglas place! they are extremely comfortably throughout their entire month long stay. the apartment is fully equipped with everything needed, making it feel like a home away from home. the location is perfect, within walking distance to plaza where they could early pick up family supplies. Douglas and Ariel were fantastic hosts-- very responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. they made sure my parents had everything they needed and were always available to assist with anything. there were absolutely no issues during they stay, and everything went smoothly. we would definitely rebook this place if needed. highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well- managed stay!

10/10. The place is very big and modern. (the house, parking area, rooms, living areas, etc) The host greeted us in person on our first day and was very responsive and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The place is near the town, I remember driving late at night and it only took around 3-5 minutes to 7eleven. We will come back soon. 🙌

Very clean and nice place, easy to check in.

We had a lovely stay at Rizl's condo. The place was clean comfortable and cozy. Felt like a home away from home. The condo was really nice with a pool and a gym and the mall that just opened had some great options for food, and actually a great place to get our haircut! Rizyl was super responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. We definitely would recommend staying here if your in the area :)

We had a wonderful stay at this unique airbnb! Finding the place was a bit tricky due to a lack of phone signal, and the shower pressure was soft, but the owner checked on it promptly. There was a brief power interruption, but these minor issues didn’t impact our overall experience. The view and charm of the treehouse and airbnb made it all worthwhile. The location was spacious and featured a huge, incredibly comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Being right next to the owner’s restaurant was a major plus, where we enjoyed delicious food and amazing craft beer! The amenities were excellent. They had Wi-Fi, a microwave, fridge, TV, and air, which conditioning made our stay very convenient. The host was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place for a unique getaway!

was there 1 month and if there was a problem they fix direct it was a nice month with a responsable host and friendly so a good thing to go back there in February

The location of the unit is excellent! It's close to restaurants and the rizal blvd (where a lot of the known restos and cafes are). The room is spacious and organized. The host is also very responsive and accommodating. One thing (which I already communicated with the host) is the cleanliness of the appliances as well as the bathroom curtains. But overall, the unit is a bang for your buck and our overall stay was great!

I have stayed in so many Airbnb's over the last few years around the Philippines and only some of them stand out to me in terms of the overall experience and this was one of the top notch experiences without a doubt, the host is extremely on the ball with making sure your experience is perfect With great communication quick to reply just wanting to make sure you have a good experience. Coupled with the unit itself which is spotless, comfortable and has everything you need. I'm big on having a comfortable bed and I've been getting incredible sleep here. I love when an Airbnb just does all the little things right it makes you want to keep coming back to that place, this is definitely one of them I highly recommend!

Great stay in a lovely apartment. Good location and with nice swimming pool and gym. Vince's communication was great and the few minor issues I had during my stay were sorted quickly and with no problems. I'd definitely stay again. The only minor downside is that the air conditioning is a little old and noisy.

Excellent condo in an excellent building! Location is solid for area amenities and the hosts were very cool too. Having access to a parking space was a big help too! Will definitely book again!!

Pool was also a great plus to cool down on really hot days. Short drive from the airport. I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Thank you Reynald for a great 3 week stay in Duma. The condo was very nice and clean. Great views of the pool and ocean from the bedroom too.

The place was nice and easy to locate. You also have the advantage of having nearby establishments for food and others. The place was clean.

It was honestly such a beautiful little getaway, I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and feeling like I was at home.
