Отличный опыт. Я читал преведушие отзывы, и виду, что хозяин апартаментов учел все замечания и исправил их. Очень уютно, продуманно. Место для парковки авто. небольшая территория на улице. Близко к морю. Рядом путь на смотровую. Магазин и несколько кафе тоже рядом. Красиво и удобно в самих апартаментах.

We really loved our 6-night stay in your beautiful apartment - you’re very lucky! The location is fab, it is well equipped, comfortable and the aircon was much appreciated in the 34-degree heat. We had some lovely trips to Red Island and Katarina Island, where the water was absolutely stunning. (We did also swim off the rocks in the old town and by the fancy hotels but the water was a bit ‘scummy’ in places.) Rovinj is a picturesque town, albeit very busy - but that was to be expected in high season. It was a shame that there were still major building works going on in the main square. We cooked at home quite a lot but had a couple of nice meals and lots of delicious gelato. My son LOVED the wok and gyoza place right opposite the apartment!

The location is perfect – secluded and private, yet within walking distance to the city. The nearby beaches are stunning and easily accessible. The place itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The bed feels like a cloud, ensuring a restful night's sleep every time. The cleanliness of the entire space is top-notch, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host is exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. His hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely keep coming back to this apartment. It's a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful place to stay! Location was great- parking is a bit of an issue as this apartment is in the pedestrian area so no cars allowed. will need to pay for parking and plan to walk luggage to the apartment. The stairs going to the apartment are difficult to carry large suitcases up- Americans pack too much!! :) But the area and apartment were absolutely incredible!

Absolutely stunning location with access to the beach for swimming or a walking path to town. About a 5 minute walk to a bar/restaurant on the water or a 20 minute walk to Piran. The description does not lie — quite a steep hike from the parking lot to the house, especially with luggage. Definitely bring mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside.

Lea’s place is amazing and I felt right at home on my first day. She was very helpful, I stayed for a couple months and she made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is bigger than the photos and the terrace is amazing. It’s a beautiful home with great views. It’s safe and quiet and not far from the beach (about a 15-20 minute walk). There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store nearby. There’s also a bus stop right outside the front door which is helpful. I would move in if I could! 😊
