Our property is centrally located and close to the beach, in a quiet area at the end of a dead-end road with no through traffic. You can walk to the beach and the town center in about 5 minutes (approx. 700 meters). The vacation rental on the 2nd floor of the apartment building at Luv & Lee Duhnen offers, over approximately 30 m² (323 sq. ft.), an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The apartment is suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We will gladly provide a travel cot on request.

The bathroom is freshly renovated. 2 terraces and a gas grill. In the garden pond there are fish, frogs and toads. In the wild romantic garden there are tall trees, birds, hedgehogs, squirrels, spiders, grass snakes... The property is fenced about 1.2 m high. The surroundings with forest, the river Oste and many lakes invite you to hike and cycle.

The apartment is located about 2 km from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dining area. The living room is the center of the approximately 50 m² apartment. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Linens/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per four-legged friend.

The apartment is only about a 600-meter walk from downtown. Ritzebüttel Castle and its park can also be reached quickly. Several shopping options, the weekly market and a bus stop are also nearby. The beaches of Cuxhaven can be reached in 10-20 minutes by bike or car. Please note: The city of Cuxhaven charges a guest fee for the visitor cards. This is not included in the Airbnb price.
