Our property is centrally located and close to the beach, in a quiet area at the end of a dead-end road with no through traffic. You can walk to the beach and the town center in about 5 minutes (approx. 700 meters). The vacation rental on the 2nd floor of the apartment building at Luv & Lee Duhnen offers, over approximately 30 m² (323 sq. ft.), an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The apartment is suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We will gladly provide a travel cot on request.

An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Linens/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per four-legged friend.

The apartment is only about a 600-meter walk from downtown. Ritzebüttel Castle and its park can also be reached quickly. Several shopping options, the weekly market and a bus stop are also nearby. The beaches of Cuxhaven can be reached in 10-20 minutes by bike or car. Please note: The city of Cuxhaven charges a guest fee for the visitor cards. This is not included in the Airbnb price. Additional guests are possible on request.

Our bright 1-room apartment on the ground floor with balcony is perfect for singles. The living room consists of a box-spring bed, a small built-in wardrobe and a cozy seating area. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Our balconies are equipped with a privacy screen to the neighboring balcony and you can in a relaxed way. You are welcome to bring a dog.
