Very nice place to stay. Everything was clean and as described. We also booked bed linen and that worked fine. We were there with the dog over New Year's Eve. There was a bit of fireworks, but very little and in the bathroom you could hardly hear it and drown out well with some music. The place is right on a street and there are no dirt roads very close. But you can walk on the street, so that wasn't a problem. Recommended accommodation!

Very cozy apartment. Everything very clean and tidy. Check-in very flexible. Everything exactly as described and in the photos. Communication with Marvin was very good. We felt very comfortable.

Lukas is a very nice, friendly and open person. Everything went smoothly and we can only recommend the accommodation to those who want to get away from everyday life to enjoy the tranquility. The only thing that is a bit too small is the double bed, but no reason to give a bad review about it. We arrived with our dog and I can only say there are many beautiful destinations where you can go for a walk. Thanks for having us, Lukas. Christine's house is all about in all the comforts. A well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with bath and shower and a wonderfully quiet bedroom with a fine bed. But we enjoyed the garden the most, where there was always a place in the sun or shaded. We were very lucky with the warm September weather this week and have almost always eaten outside. The beach is close by and with this beautiful weather we swam a number of times. However, take a good look at the tide table when it is high water. We had brought bikes and made nice bike rides along the coast to Bremerhaven and back inland. Another day we cycled towards Cuxhaven. Recommended this Airbnb from Christine!

We had a great holiday here. Kitchen is very well equipped, we did not miss anything to cook. In short, we were completely satisfied. The location is very central and Varel has more to offer than we thought. We especially enjoyed the water tower, the mill with the museum. A detour to the harbor is also recommended - and then perhaps also the factory sale of Bahlsen.

We felt very comfortable there. The apartment was clean, all utensils were available. Kitchen, for example, fully equipped. Questions were answered quickly and very nicely. A playground is in the immediate vicinity. We all had space and it's very child-friendly. From the apartment, you can easily reach Stade or Cuxhaven. We always found a parking space in front of the house. Glad to come back!

Amazing apartment. Lovingly furnished. Good and friendly contact with the host. From the parking garage you can get directly to the apartment. The only confusing thing the host can't do for): In the parking garage, it starts with the right house number, then it gets bigger, smaller again and bigger again. We were there with small children, we were inflated with air mats for the little ones. Thank you for this.

We were very happy with the place. There were three of us and I found the sofa bed very comfortable. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. Especially the kitchen and the bed linen we found very well equipped, as there was a lot of choice. Also very practical was the car parking space in the garage. Despite the smaller apartment, you felt very comfortable thanks to the cozy blanket and the nice reception with wine on the table. The contact with Eddy was always friendly and helpful and he responded very quickly. If we come back to Büsum, we would definitely stay in the same accommodation again!

Sebastian is a totally warm and nice host. The apartment is located in a quiet area, was very clean and had everything you need for a week and longer stay. The path to the beach is a short walk of max. 15 minutes and about 10 minutes to the nearest insertion options. We felt really comfortable at all times and can 100% recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back. Best regards from Berlin and thank you!

Wonderful large apartment, ideally suited to one family of six. Kitchen is new and perfectly equipped, with access to small utility room. Highlight is the sauna, which is located directly between conservatory and garden, and there are even 2 wood-burning stoves. The location is absolutely quiet in a residential area that is less than 10 minutes from the dike and the lagoon. Perfect wellness vacation especially possible in bad weather! Glad to come back!

Upon arrival, there were presents for us and the dog, super thoughtful. Apartment is new, beautiful, clean and fresh. Centrally located in a very beautiful area with beautiful nature. Enjoyed immensely even with 1 night.

My son and I were with our dog for the first time at the North Sea. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance the Trischendamm is easy to reach, also sometimes briefly to fly kites or collect shells, long walks through sheep meadows on the dike… quiet and relaxed, the mini golf course right next door, in the evening we played cards by the fireplace, very cozy. Our dog also felt comfortable immediately. In the apartment everything was available, very clean. Bianca always answered messages promptly if any questions arose. We will definitely be back and can clearly recommend the apartment.

Beautiful, bright apartment in a great location. Very quiet apartment overlooking the marina. On the balcony you can relax and there is always something to watch. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The car is safe and secure in the underground parking. We felt very comfortable!

Super friendly communication, always (even during the stay) available, great place to stay. Everything as described and absolutely recommendable for the money. We will come back on the next occasion. We were even allowed to stay in the parking lot of the accommodation after check-out for the day to spend the remaining hours on the beach.

The apartment is ideally located, especially with a dog. 300 m through the forest is the dog meadow. This is right on the dog beach. In the apartment is everything you need. Ideal for a getaway.

Beautiful apartment with panoramic views over the sea and coast. Beautifully renovated and stylishly furnished. Good amenities in the kitchen and crib and baby monitor. Comfortable beds and finally no white towels :) Good quiet location with elevator up to the 24th floor. Directly dry with entrance via the Columbuscenter/ Outlet / Klimahaus.

We had a great getaway in the apartment. The short path to the sea was wonderful and we were able to relax superbly. Glad to come back!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It is located directly on the beach. An Edeka and various restaurants are right around the corner. The apartment was very clean and in the kitchen we had everything we needed for cooking. We liked the sea view best, which you could enjoy from the balcony or the sofa. We will be happy to come back!
