Our property is centrally located and close to the beach, in a quiet area at the end of a dead-end road with no through traffic. You can walk to the beach and the town center in about 5 minutes (approx. 700 meters). The vacation rental on the 2nd floor of the apartment building at Luv & Lee Duhnen offers, over approximately 30 m² (323 sq. ft.), an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The apartment is suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We will gladly provide a travel cot on request.

The most beautiful view of Bremerhaven: Over the entire length of the apartment, a window front with a balcony in front stretches - you have a unique view of Bremerhaven's 'Havenwelten' over Weserdeich and Weser to Nordenham (on the other side of the main). The apartment is almost 55m2 and is located on the main side in a tower of the so-called 'Columbus Center'. It was completely renovated and furnished in the summer of 2010.

So, nature is at your doorstep! Shopping facilities about 2 km, bike rental 500 m, doctor/dentist about 1.5 km.

Welcome to the modern 2-room vacation apartment on the 14th floor of the Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg beach high-rise. Up to 4 people can be accommodated in an area of approx. 50 m². Enjoy the side view of the North Sea and the Wernerwald. A separate bedroom, a modern kitchen and a glass south-facing window front that can be opened provide comfort. Swimming pool, sauna with relaxation room, Wi-Fi and parking are provided. A wicker beach chair on the beach is already included in the price during the season.

Genießt die Zeit zum Entspannen in der Natur, Grillen im Garten, Spazieren, Fahrradfahren, besucht unsere Zwergziegen und Seidenhühner im Streichelzoo (Alpakas = keine Streicheltiere) oder macht Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Unser Garten und Teich lädt mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum verweilen ein. An der Nordsee (6 km) könnt ihr baden, wattwandern und surfen.

The location in Duhnen could hardly be more central and better! Here you live in the middle of the action and yet right on the beach. A car is superfluous – everything you need for a perfect vacation is in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy the view from your balcony with sea view, from which you can relax and watch the lively hustle and bustle in the center. Here, relaxation is ideally combined with vibrant life. A private parking space and private Wi-Fi are provided.

The apartment is located about 2 km from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dining area. The living room is the center of the approximately 50 m² apartment. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Linens/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per four-legged friend.
