Vacation rentals with a sauna in Dubrovnik

We had an incredible 3-night stay at Apartments Villa Poco Loco and can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Ivo and Minya went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable – everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy beds and luxurious bathrooms. The amenities were a standout – we loved relaxing on the balcony with stunning views, enjoying morning coffee and evening wine. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained, and the location was ideal: peaceful and private, yet close enough to explore all the top sights in the area. What really made our stay special, though, was the exceptional service. Ivo and Minya were always available if we had questions or needed recommendations, and they offered fantastic local tips that made our trip even more memorable. This was, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you!

Vi är fyra tjejer från Sverige som haft en fantastisk vistelse i denna underbara lägenhet, som vi hyrde via Airbnb. Läget kunde inte varit bättre – högt upp på berget med en fantastisk utsikt och härliga pooler. Lägenheten var välutrustad, fräsch och mycket trivsam, vilket gjorde att vi verkligen kunde koppla av och känna oss som hemma. Det här var verkligen en toppenuthyrning som överträffade våra förväntningar, och vi är otroligt nöjda med hela upplevelsen.

This is an excellent place, its luxurious, private and has excellent facilities and the view is stunning, we use dthe Gym, pools and Sauna which are all really great. The place is spotless, and Ivo and Minja are very helpful. If you are looking for an escapare for a few days to relax, then this is the place, 10 mins from the airport, amazing views over Mlini Bay, where there are restaurants and bars, and you can simply hop on a ferry which will take you to Dubrovnik Old Town in about 30 mins. locations also accessible if you interested in some road trips which we did to Bosnia and Montenegro - a great place, great hosts - Thank You - Noel & Caitriona !

Perfect apartment with a private pool. The place was amazing, and Mirko came and gave us ice creams and drinks when we were by the pool. Ana was able to book us an amazing panoramic restaurant and sorted out a beautiful boat trip for us. They couldn’t have done enough to make out holiday so good. Lovely local restaurant only 5 min walk away. Kids loved the pool and outdoor kitchen. Can’t recommend it enough. Thanks so much!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this amazing apartment for a week. We have all been “home sick” since leaving as that’s what Ivo provides a home from home. We are already planning our next trip back. This was our first time booking air bnb and I was quite nervous but Ivo pictures do not do this amazing place justice. She suitable for families and couples, it’s just like a post card. The town of Milni is so welcoming amazing food no matter where you go into. Val di Breno is also so worth a visit beach beds and amazing food and service. At the apartment we used all facilities the gym was superb I got my daily workout in. The sauna superb and both the heated pool and the pool at the bar were amazing. I really can’t rate this place highly enough. It’s a little piece of heaven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was perfect and was spotless with amazing views and well equipped with everything we needed. The location at the top of Cavtat was great, we hired a car with Sixt super easy and Ane’s place is close to the main highway and close to the town with lots of restaurants and the supermarket just around the corner was very handy too. The pool, hot tub and sauna were available throughout our stay and we used the outside kitchen area which was great too with a roof terrace above perfect for an early morning coffee or sunset drink. We loved our stay! Ane was very helpful and responsive especially as we booked very last minute.

Excellent little apartment with everything you might need for your stay. Good advice about the local area and easy instructions regarding the accommodation. Beautiful sea views from the balcony and nice communal pool. The area itself is great with shops,excellent restaurants and amenities all within walking distance or short taxi drive away,and Dubrovnik easily reachable by car or boat. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Wow. The place! The host! All magnificent! We were arriving very late and they graciously got us a few groceries to have for our arrival. Very communicative and flexible. Located a short drive from Dubrovnik with stunning views of the water and bridge. Beds were comfy, equipped with everything you need to make a meal. This villa was incredibly spacious, stunning pool area and third floor hot tub with lovely views day or night. For night time it was nice to have movie night (it rained) so having smart TVs in nearly all the rooms was awesome. Great little cafe a stones throw away and a wonderful bistro just behind the villas. The gym was well used! Do not hesitate to book! Would return in a heartbeat! Thank you Igor for a fantastic stay!

We had a great stay, and had everything we needed. Host was there if needed. Home is in a beautiful place, you need a car to get there as its a bit of a distance to get to nearest shops. We really enjoyed our stay

Never been to Ston before and this was a lovely place just to unwind and catchup. It was great to have all the facilities so close by. Definitely worth a visit in the future. Croatia has some stunning countryside, lots to do.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb House Perko! Our family of five - two kids (7 and 11), parents, and a mother-in-law, found the house perfect for us. The host was super friendly, met us on arrival, and quickly answered any questions. The house was even better than expected, with three bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet, plus an amazing outdoor kitchen and living area. The pool and outdoor shower, with stunning mountain views, were highlights. Everything was private, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome with food, fruits, and drinks. The location was ideal, just 15 km from the Montenegro border, 25 km from the airport, and 35 km from Dubrovnik, making day trips easy. With sunny weather over 20 degrees, we enjoyed the pool every day and explored the area, including Montenegro. Overall, a perfect, relaxing getaway that we highly recommend. We hope to return soon and recommend this for sure for everyone!

Very nice house, with a beautiful view. It was a little bit long walk with our baggage from the parking. There was mouse or rat shit around the pool, maybe they should consider a trap or something else.
