Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Dubrovnik

Villa Perdini was a wonderful base for visiting Dubrovnik. The location, just outside the hustle and bustle of Old Town, cannot be beat. Gjivo was an excellent host; he was waiting at the Uber drop-off, provided an excellent breakfast each morning, and had great local reccomendations. There was a slight logistical mishap part way through, but Gjivo took care of everything and made sure that alternate arrangements could be made - he was truly above and beyond! Gjivo also made sure to see me off for my Uber to the port and had additional reccomendations for my next destination. Would absolutely stay here again next time I find myself in Dubrovnik!

We had the most lovely stay at Gjivo's, in great part due to our host's exemplary graciousness and helpfulness. We felt totally comfortable in his beautiful home..... the breakfasts he served us were delicious, our room was well appointed, the mattress and linens comfy, and the bathroom immaculate with great water pressure. Best of all, the gorgeous view from our window of the ocean and the old fort. Also, we appreciated how close we were to the old town, dining, shopping, easy access to tours and transportation. Thank you so much, Gjivo.....live well!!

Gjivo and his staff were absolutely wonderful in every way. We really felt that this place sets a high example of how the best accommodations should be. The property was so authentic and reminds you of the true beauty and history of Dubrovnik. The setting is peaceful with access to lovely private gardens with a view down towards the water and Pile Gate. It’s so conveniently located for a quick stroll in minutes right through Pile Gate into the Old City. After a full day exploring Dubrovnik, it’s so nice to retreat to this quiet, safe, clean, well maintained and peaceful spot. Gjivo is a humble gentleman yet has vast knowledge of the Croatian culture and will generously share valuable insights for a rewarding stay. Gjivo’s family represent true local Croatian culture at its finest while offering a 5 star experience in every way! We plan on returning to Dubrovnik soon and have already rebooked with Gjivo. Bravo to Gjivo, Marina and the entire staff!

This place was fantastic. We booked this last minute and thrilled we did. The apartment was absolutely spotless, it was like it was finished yesterday. The hosts were brilliant, recommended places to eat and provided a map of where we needed to go to for our nighttime activity. The mini fridge had a couple of drinks in that were loaded free of charge which was a very nice touch as in hotels this is a different story. Bed was absolute heaven, extremely comfy and felt right at home. Was gutted we couldn’t do more nights here. I could not recommend this apartment enough. Perfect in every aspect.

Majan luona oli aivan mahtava yöpyä. Ympäristö oli idyllinen ja rauhallinen. Läheltä löytyy sekä ravintoloita että ruokakauppoja. Kohteeseen oli helppo liikkua bussilla tai uberia käyttämällä. Maja myös hoiti meille kuljetuksen lentokentältä suoraan hänen luokseen. Hän oli kaikinpuolin muutenkin huomioiva, ystävällinen ja avulias, ja meillä on mukavaa olla hänen luonaan. Aamiainen oli myös erinomainen. Voin suositella!

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was big and had everything we needed. When we had questions they immediately helped us out. Breakfast was included, however this was no buffet, it was simple but with chocolate croissants and an egg. So it was a nice extra! Bus stop was a short walk and took us to the center of Dubrovnik in around 30min.

Alles super! Marija hat uns bei der Ankunft direkt erklärt was man in Dubrovnik machen kann. Wir durften schon um 10:30 einchecken und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Zur Ankunft und zur Abreise gab es sogar noch einen gratis Kaffee und Gebäck.

Loved my stay here! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a great view. There was a desk and wifi that worked perfectly for video calls. Stane was a very kind host and I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Dubrovnik.
