The open plan living, kitchen & dining area offer panoramic views, plus a balcony to enjoy. A laundry room inside also adds quiet convenience to your stay. A doorbell camera at the front door is for security only, not monitored & footage is accessed only in emergencies or if Airbnb requests it. Please remember that only guests on the booking should enter.

Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

Within a gentle stroll you will find Rathmines, grand canal portobello, & the City Centre while the M50, Luas & Dublin Bus links make travelling around the City an ease. 1.5-2.5 km walking distance to city center. Multiple bus lines going towards the city center as well, the bus stop is just 1 min of walking distance. Coming from or going to airpot, take bus 16, the bus stop is just 4 mins walking distance.

Charming, bright, one bedroom apartment. Seperate small well equipped kitchen. Airy bedroom with double bed and plenty of closet space. There is a comfortable fold out mattress bed. A balcony with folding chairs and table on the River Liffey with great views of Dublin City. Good location next to Heuston Station, Luas, many buses, taxis, Phoenix Park, the city centre and many bars and restaurants.

Our newly fitted studio is located on the north circular road in Dublin 7, right beside Phoenix park and Huston station. The coolest neighborhood in Dublin Stoneybatter is within 2 mins walk, where there are choices of bars and restaurants. City centre is within 30 mins by foot, and there are bus stops right out side of the studio. Luas stops is within 10 mins walk.
