Lovely little place with great view of the Marina. It’s very well located with nice restaurants, metro station and coffee shops just a short walk away.

Thank you. The place is great — I think it was recently renovated because everything inside the apartment looks new. It has a balcony, which I really liked, with a great view especially during the sunset. The apartment is located at JBR Beach, just a 5-minute walk away. There’s a market inside the building with many other markets and pharmacies nearby. The apartment was clean when we checked in. Our host Alexander was very responsive to our messages and he was very supportive to make our stay pleasant. One thing to note is that the car parking space is a bit tight for long cars Overall the experience was good, thank you!

I had an excellent stay at Naushads apartment. The 2nd of his apartments I have stayed at now and both have been immaculate and exactly as described in the listing. Easy access to the building with very friendly security and staff. Would definitely recommend for anyone else looking.

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a smooth and pleasant stay. Nikola was fantastic — very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the booking and stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, which made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
