The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Cozy RV in central location

Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.

Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment surrounded by art located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Before you make a reservation please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!

Park by your PRIVATE entrance. This spacious suite is quiet with its own Mini Split set . The WIFI is fast and the kitchenette has a full size fridge. I prefer solo travelers and charge a little more for a 2nd guest. No unauthorized guests. Locals must send an inquiry about your stay before booking. 15-20 minutes to downtown, UA and the airport.
