KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Our large apartment with magnificent Elbe views is centrally located on the Elbe. The view goes towards the old town and its sights. But it is on the Neustadt side and so it is only a few minutes' walk to the lively colorful Neustadt with cafes, bars and dance venues, but just as quickly you are in the Baroque quarter with restaurants, museums and shopping centers. You will surely feel comfortable in our large rooms with full kitchen and billiard room. Super suitable for families.

Our house offers everything you need for a nice stay in Dresden. In the middle of the trendy district, an idyllic house with a rural ambiance awaits you. Your temporary home! 😊 You will stay in my family-friendly furnished 2-room old building apartment (67 sqm). In addition to the combined living/bedroom with bed (140 cm bed) and couch, you have a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed, as well as a single bed with 80 cm width in the bed box. So you don't have to do without the family bed even on vacation. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathtub and a cozy balcony to the courtyard with a gas grill.

Quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of the new town

This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Das Apartment befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit gemütlichem Außenbereich im mediterranen Stil. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.
