I offer a room with just under 13 square meters in my house. The location of the house is perfect at the streetcar line 3, stop Hubertusplatz. 3 minutes by car to the A4, 10 minutes to the airport. 10 minutes to the station Neustadt, 10 minutes to the Elbe. Lidl is directly opposite, an Edeka nearby, the allotment garden next door. Underfloor Heating, TV connection, 50 MBit DSL incl. WLAN, fully equipped kitchen, huge bathtub and additional rain shower. Urban location, nevertheless it is quiet.

Vacation at Villa Zucca. Cozy apartment on the first floor with an unobstructed view from the balcony over the Elbe valley to Dresden. Overnight stay in the wine and garden town of Radebeul. Many interesting destinations: Dresden, Moritzburg, Pillnitz and Meissen; active holidays on the Elbe cycle path and Saxon wine route. Unwind in the beautiful, wild garden. My place is good for couples, families with kids, big groups, pets on request.

A cozy room in a quiet garden for peaceful nights and eventful days in Dresden. Bed linens and towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the bathrooms, the necessary basic equipment such as soap and shampoo is also available. The room is really small, the photos show it! It is suitable for sleeping and also concentrated work. For cooking and relaxing, please use the eat-in kitchen, the garden and the game room.

The kitchen is eqquipped for self-catering, a service for morning-rolls you can book add on, but bakery is not far...We have also a beachball court and a big sportcenter and shopping center is 500m far.
