The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Our 2 rooms are very romantic, quiet and newly built in 2016 in our beautiful farmhouse with quality materials and attention to detail. Both rooms are equipped with high quality box spring beds 220 x 200cm. Self-service breakfast is basic and included in the price (coffee, tea, juice, toast, cheese, yogurt, cereals, etc.). It can be prepared 24 H in the unheated vestibule and taken in the room. Parking is available, the bus station is 1 km away.
