Our lovingly converted construction trailer is located directly on the Havel near Rathenow. As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Get to know the project during your stay or simply enjoy the nature and star park.

1. Space for camping on the IL Ranch

Treat yourself to a break in your own camper, caravan, or tent while staying under the stars, in nature, in the middle of agricultural surroundings. Whether you're just passing through, or want to stay longer, you've come to the right place. Two well-maintained bathrooms are at your disposal, unfortunately currently still without hot water. The Dosse is a 2-minute walk away and the area invites you to take long walks. Your dogs are allowed free of charge.

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

The vacation home is located on a property built with 2 residential buildings, enclosed with a fence. 100 m to the shopping market, 2.5 km to the Kyritzer lake chain, 22 km to Neuruppin, 20 km to the A 24 highway. Cycling, hiking, fishing, water tourism. Pets are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking property. For more than two people, please ask for price.

Wutike on-demand stop

Your house was built as a freight floor of Wutike station. We have completely renovated the old building and have now also completed the sauna in the old laundry room. This has also created two more sleeping places, so now 9 people can relax. We prefer it if you can arrive by train. When have you ever had your private train home? Several times a day a very charming little train passes by here.

Lovingly furnished small apartment in the basement (on the main road) in the old town of Neustadt (Dosse). Due to a detour, there will be increased traffic. Centrally located and within walking distance of the stud farm.
