New apartment situated in a small building in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful sea view, near Veli Vrh – one of many hills around Rijeka. (It has good walking paths and offers a unique view that stretches over the entire Kvarner Bay, the islands of Krk and Cres, and Učka mountain.) City center is pretty close, 15 min by car, a bus station is 5 min walking so you can get to any place in center in about 25 min. Apartment has 50m²: kitchen and dining room and one room with a roof window.

The place was as described and the front area was very large, which made the driveway with our 2 cars much easier. The hostess and her husband were extremely helpful and always available and on site within minutes to help. She also gave us very good restaurant and bar tips for the nearby cities. I would actually even take another vacation in this villa, because I liked it so much. My girls and I were so grateful and left the hosts a little gift. 🫶🫶

We had a very pleasant stay at Manuela's place. The apartment is as described very extensive and modernly equipped and offers enough space for just 2 people. We would also like to emphasize the cleanliness, as this immediately struck us positively. All cleaning supplies were also available to maintain cleanliness during the stay. The terrace offers plenty of space and a nice wide view down to the bay and the sea. Our hosts were always available and very friendly, Manuela helped us with tips for the area as well as a parasol for the beach. We could even have arrived and departed before and after the specified check-in and check-out, which we found extremely accommodating. A car is definitely necessary for the way to the beach and into town, which could also be parked directly on the property. Very clear recommendation, we would come back anytime!
