Bikes and kayaks are available for rent on the island. The cottage has a comfortable double bed in the sleeping alcove, as well as two beds in a sofa bed. Silence, tranquility, meadows, forest and sea. Small, simple cottage secluded, in the middle of nature on a plot with a cottage(where I live) and a barn. At our place on northern Orust, close to Slussen you have the possibility to both take it easy and hang out. With minimal environmental impact, you can enjoy lazy summer days or cozy spring or autumn days in Lillstugan. Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest fields. Lillstugan offers glamping(a bit more luxurious than camping) at its best.

Bedding can be rented for SEK 100/person. Towels can be rented for SEK 50/person. This must be booked no later than two weeks prior to arrival. Duvets and pillows are available for all beds. Peace and quiet in front of that fireplace and nice sea view. Close to large bathing area and 6 minutes to Torp shopping center.

On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

We, my partner, 2 children (4 and 6) and I, stayed at Eleonore's house for a week. A lovely, tranquil place with a really fantastic view! The house has all the comforts and very spacious. Nice bathroom. Wonderful terrace. The house is also a perfect base for trips. The house is high, so you have to go up a hill. But that was absolutely no problem. Recommend!

I had a wonderful few days with Ingemar and his wife, who greeted me very warmly upon arrival and immediately made me feel like part of the family. The area is super beautiful and invites you to take a stroll. Especially the way to the swimming spot is not to be missed.

We spent 10 days in this beautiful part of the world. Ylva‘s villa is all we could have hoped for: roomy yet cosy, full of character and unpretentious, with a fab table tennis room, and even a piano! Huge garden with a visiting cat, resident elks in the woods and fields at the top of the path. - Ylva and Peter are great hosts, on hand with tips for places to see and how to sort the recycling :D - We had hired a car for getting around, and I would say that this enabled us to undertake many day trips, but there is public transport within walking distance and, while we didn’t try it on this occasion, it appears to connect you with the islands and towns in the area and places further afield. - A wonderful experience all round - thank you, Ylva and Peter. We‘ll be back!
