You’ll love my place because of the view of the sea from the whole apartment especially from the huge balcony. There are a lots of beaches you can reach in minute or two. This big and luminous loft apartment on the 2nd floor has a huge terrace with a stunning view. It has 2 bedrooms (each for 2 persons), a spacious living-room (with sleep possibility for 1 more person on couch-bed), a kitchen, a bathroom, free WI-FI internet and a free parking place. The kitchen is fully equipped, with coffee machine, microwave oven, water kettle, dishes and cutlery. Bed linen is included (changed once a week). The closest beach is 700 m away, and the town center 700m.

Calm, cozy studio with balcony, perfect for solo or couple travelers located in the city center, just steps away from basically everything. It is located on the 4th floor with no elevator. The price for first two months is as shown on the web but if you want to stay longer, every following month off season would be 800 eur/month. The loft consists of one open space (lounge area, kitchen and loft bed), balcony overlooking Petar Kružić Stairway (Trsatske stube), and a bathroom.

My flat - loft is very comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and big kitchen such a dinning room and living room and the view from the balcony is something that you can not explain with the words. You have to feel it! You will have private parking behind the house. It is 10 min away walking from the city center and the beach.
