Beautiful surroundings, very beautiful views, and quite affordable

The place was sparkling clean and filled with thoughtful touches. The host was very nice and welcoming. The location was perfect as well, 2 min from the beach and a 10 min walk to the centre. Would definitely recommend and go again next time we are visiting Kavala.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious apartment - it truly lives up to the pictures, with an even more breathtaking view. Perfect for couples, like ourselves, but also well-suited for families due to the extra bedroom. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing getaway. Gorgeous apartment, very well furnished and equipped with all the necessary technique. Perfectly positioned very close to the park, port, shops, pharmacies.....absolutely everything you need. The host very polite and in general, traveling for the first time to Greece I was left with good impressions. I'm sure we'll come back in the future!

Great apartment! We were family of 4 and the apartment was more than brilliant for us. There’s fully equipped kitchen, but we use it for breakfast and coffee. Kavala have one of the best places for dinner so definitely need to be explored. One of our favourite beaches (Batis) is very close to the apartment. Apartment itself was very clean, spacious and air conditioned. We was with car so there’s plenty of space in front of the building for park, so that was a big plus. Our stay at Artemis Nectaria's place was great overall!! The place was cozy, clean and modern. Also, it was even more spacious that what we expected from the pictures.The bedroom was spacious with a really comfortable bed and a smartTV. Finally, our host was great , helpful and always available to assist us.

A great value and you can feel at home since it is very cosy. We felt happy how clean and fresh everything was. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a nice stay. Our most favourite spot was the terrace, where we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings and dinner in the nights. Location is also perfect, you need a minute to reach the main street of the resort. A very nice surprise were the most polite neighbours we have ever met, they managed to bring smiles to our faces few times. The only thing that one should note is the foldable staircase leading to the room with the two single beds above, but it went just perfect for us. I recommend the place and would be glad to stay here again soon!

The place is very close to Ammolofoi beach. In the apartament, they have everything people need if they want to feel as in their own home. George is a very responsive and helpful host. We would like to come back again.

And of course the hosts themselves are excellent people, kind-hearted, perfectly understandable and lovable!We had a great time, relaxed, and enjoyed the beauty of the area, and we didn't miss anything!We highly recommend staying to anyone and of course we will seek another stay for us in the future!

We are very happy with our stay at Ntanis home. Very clean, tidy and cozy..It had everything you need for a nice summer vacation. In reality, the accommodation conditions were better than expected. The hosts were extremely kind, considerate, and responsive. We would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Very clean and tidy. Wonderfully equipped kitchen with everything you need. For welcome we got a glass of ouzo, a very nice welcome. It made it a little difficult for us the inaccurate location on airbnb, but Laura responded immediately and the issue was resolved . Hope to see you again.

The home was very thoughtful with modern design and fully equipped. The view from the balcony is magical and gives you the opportunity to travel through the city and the endless blue of the sea. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend 🫶

The house is situated really close to the sea. It looks better than in the pictures and has everything you need. I liked that the area was quiet & not crowded but close enough to the beach, shops and the terraces on the sea shore. The bedrooms are comfortable. The terraces/ balconies of the house are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our beach days at Cactus bar sun-lounges ( 20€ for 2 sun-lounges + 1 chair and an umbrella). The Ammolofoi beach is at 5 min by car and it’s simply great: fine sand, lots of cheap renting sun-lounges with parking included, clear blue water, great pomegranate juice. To sum up, it was a great holiday.

The place is very beautiful and peaceful, center is near with a car. The host was very kind and responsive. If you are with a little kid its dangerous because the pool has no fencing.
