The place was sparkling clean and filled with thoughtful touches. The host was very nice and welcoming. The location was perfect as well, 2 min from the beach and a 10 min walk to the centre. Would definitely recommend and go again next time we are visiting Kavala.

The place is a whole first floor of a three floor house. There is a private yard for the guests with a large palm, lots of space to play, a hammock and a big round table for lunches outdoors. Indoors the house has a living room area, bed area well isolated from the kitchen and dining space by a portable wall, a bedroom with large double bed and lots of wardrobes and a bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, with everything you need for cooking at home. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, we found both ergonomic and regular pillows. The house is in very quiet area and has outer blinds on all windows so sleeping is great there! There are nice touches and handmade decorations everywhere that made us feel at home! But the best experience was meeting and talking with Vladimiros parents. They are such a nice people, very welcoming and kid friendly. Sofia had prepared a meal for us when we arrived and cooked a great breakfast once. Iordanis took care of us when there was an issue with the water supply in Palio - he switched on the water tank the house has and even brought us a dozen of water bottles! The dog is also lovely, our son liked to play with it a lot :-) Will definitely consider staying at the house again if we visit Palio.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious apartment - it truly lives up to the pictures, with an even more breathtaking view. Perfect for couples, like ourselves, but also well-suited for families due to the extra bedroom. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing getaway. Gorgeous apartment, very well furnished and equipped with all the necessary technique. Perfectly positioned very close to the park, port, shops, pharmacies.....absolutely everything you need. The host very polite and in general, traveling for the first time to Greece I was left with good impressions. I'm sure we'll come back in the future!

Our stay at Artemis Nectaria's place was great overall!! The place was cozy, clean and modern. Also, it was even more spacious that what we expected from the pictures.The bedroom was spacious with a really comfortable bed and a smartTV. Finally, our host was great , helpful and always available to assist us.

We were given a bigger place than we originally ordered. These are magnificent modern villas. Very spacious and clean. Everything is needed. Very comfortable mattresses, sleeping on them is a pleasure. We were a little bit of a mobile connection, we did not immediately find our house, thanks to a restaurant with WiFi nearby. Lovely apartment, cleanliness top notch, everything was fragrant, very tidy. It has a very beautiful sea view. It has a parking spot where you pass the elevator and go up to the house, very important. Napoleon is a great host, very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone!

The place is very close to Ammolofoi beach. In the apartament, they have everything people need if they want to feel as in their own home. George is a very responsive and helpful host. We would like to come back again.

Beautiful surroundings, very beautiful views, and quite affordable

From the very first moment we knew how friendly and kind the hosts were. They greeted us with a smile and gave us information about the area. The house was spotless and with all the basic amenities for a couple.

We are very happy with our stay at Ntanis home. Very clean, tidy and cozy..It had everything you need for a nice summer vacation. In reality, the accommodation conditions were better than expected. The hosts were extremely kind, considerate, and responsive. We would not hesitate to rent this home again.

A great value and you can feel at home since it is very cosy. We felt happy how clean and fresh everything was. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a nice stay. Our most favourite spot was the terrace, where we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings and dinner in the nights. Location is also perfect, you need a minute to reach the main street of the resort. A very nice surprise were the most polite neighbours we have ever met, they managed to bring smiles to our faces few times. The only thing that one should note is the foldable staircase leading to the room with the two single beds above, but it went just perfect for us. I recommend the place and would be glad to stay here again soon!

The home was very thoughtful with modern design and fully equipped. The view from the balcony is magical and gives you the opportunity to travel through the city and the endless blue of the sea. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend 🫶

The house is situated really close to the sea. It looks better than in the pictures and has everything you need. I liked that the area was quiet & not crowded but close enough to the beach, shops and the terraces on the sea shore. The bedrooms are comfortable. The terraces/ balconies of the house are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our beach days at Cactus bar sun-lounges ( 20€ for 2 sun-lounges + 1 chair and an umbrella). The Ammolofoi beach is at 5 min by car and it’s simply great: fine sand, lots of cheap renting sun-lounges with parking included, clear blue water, great pomegranate juice. To sum up, it was a great holiday.

David was a nice host. Her house is located in a cute village close to the center in the lush nature. There were items and kitchen utensils that we would need inside the house. The interior of the house was clean and tidy.

The place is very beautiful and peaceful, center is near with a car. The host was very kind and responsive. If you are with a little kid its dangerous because the pool has no fencing.
