This place is absolutely superb, a little piece of paradise. It looks even better than the photos. Both the house and the garden are stunning and very well-maintained. Everything is spotless. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is quiet, perfect for families. Savas is an excellent host. He greeted us with fresh fruit, homemade eggs, and cold water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after our 1000 km journey. He is very prompt and responds quickly to messages and calls. When we left, he gave us gifts of Greek specialty products and even sweets for the children. We loved this place and will definitely return. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with a welcoming host, this is the perfect spot.

L'appartamento è in una posizione ottimale per visitare la città ed anche molto pulito. Il bagno è un pò piccolo, ma questo non influisce assolutamente sulla comodità dell'appartamento. Assolutamente consigliato!

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was very spacious and centrally located. There are a lot of good restaurants within a short walking distance. Konstantinos was very friendly & always super responsive to any of my questions. Everything looked like the photos. I will say as an FYI - there is a flight of stairs you’ll need to carry luggage up before you get to the elevator & there is no actual dryer in the unit (only air drying on the balcony) if that is something you are use to. Other than that, great apartment & would recommend!

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz den Bildern. Der flexible Self Check-In war auch sehr einfach zu realisieren. In der Unterkunft selbst hat es an nichts gemangelt, alles was in der Beschreibung genannt wurde, war auch dort zu finden. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen, denn ich würde sie bei Gelegenheit selbst auch noch mal buchen. :-)

Good location in a city center, direct bus from airport, with a lot of breakfast/coffee shops nearby Clean brand new apts, with 1.5 bathrooms which is important for 3 persons. Hot water and air all the time, with no issues. Really appreciate an Earlier check which saved a plenty of time for me, thank you! Recommend

Μια υπέροχη βίλλα! Η θέα είναι ίσως η καλύτερη στη βόρεια Ελλάδα! Νιώθεις σαν να κινείται το πλοίο. Το σπίτι είναι άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Pety's Place was amazing. Pety and her husband were super friendly from the moment we booked the apartment. Kid friendly, very clean. A quick two minute walk, and you are at the beach. Would definitely recommend staying there to anyone. We will definitely be booking when we return to Greece again! very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 3 king-size beds. My four daughters slept comfortably with no problems sharing a bed. bonus air conditioning in each bedroom, however, with the ocean being so close doors and windows open was all you needed. ❤️
