Heinz’s place is a perfect base to explore the wineries around Paarl, Franschoek and Stellenbosch. Paarl has many excellent restaurants and an abundance of nature trails. We only stayed one night on our way into Cape Town this time but we will be back to enjoy more of what Paarl has to offer! Heinz cottage is spotlessly clean, well thought out and he has thought of everything a guest may need - highly recommend this stunning cottage!

One of my favourite stays so far! It is so stunning and peaceful. Waking up next to the vineyards was like a dream. The cottage is beautiful on the inside and kept very clean. The private outdoor shower surrounded by plants might have been my favourite part!

We really loved our stay - the cottage is quaint, very well equipped and in a beautiful area. We loved that it was fully fenced with so much space for the dogs to run around. The kitchen was really well equipped and the beds were super comfy and clean. John was very friendly and welcoming, and instructions were clear and uncomplicated. We appreciated the welcome treats, thank you, and enjoyed braaing outside on the stoep and making a cosy fire inside - both great fireplaces!
