Traumhafte Lage, saubere Unterkunft, liebe Gastgeber! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir durften vier Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen und haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und wunderbar ruhig – dennoch ist man in nur einer halben Stunde in Zadar, umgeben von traumhaften Olivenhainen. Die Terrasse mit dem großen Grill verleiht den Abenden das gewisse Etwas. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen, auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Goran und seine Familie haben ganze Arbeit geleistet – so freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber erlebt man selten. Wir suchten etwas Besonderes, und Goran hat dafür all seine Verbindungen genutzt. Am Abreisetag hat er uns völlig unerwartet überrascht – und unsere Suche damit beendet. 😊 Wow... Wir waren sprachlos und begeistert vom Einsatz der ganzen Familie! ❤️ Ein wunderbarer Ort, um Abende am Grill zu geniessen, in der Nähe von Zadar shoppen zu gehen oder Spaziergänge durch die Olivenhaine zu machen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! DANKE

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison fleurie! Au calme vous pourrez profiter du jardin et des alentours grâce aux vélos. Elle est idéalement placée pour explorer le parc national. L’hôte est disponible et à de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sevid. Going in mid May was perfect for us. The town was very quiet which made it, for us, even more beautiful. Sevid was close enough to towns that had restaurants and grocery stores open so we could eat out or in if we wanted to The house itself suited us well. The kitchen was perfect for the times we wanted to eat in. The pool was heated so we were able to use it every day. It was just a great place Sandro was not available during our stay so we spoke often with his sister, Sinaja. She was a joy to work with. Her love of the house and Sevid and indeed for Croatia came through over and over. She and her partner, Ivan, were a treasure trove of info about the area. We felt like we had our own personal tour guide of Croatia. A great place to stay and great people to work with

Hyvä tukikohta päiväretkelle Krkan kansallispuistoon. parvekkeelta avautuu mahtava näköala. paikalle oli helppo löytää ja majoittaja vastasi nopeasti kysymyksiin. kohteessa on periaatteessa kaksi terassia, sisäänkäynnin yhteydessä sekä takapihalla yksityisempi tila. astianpesukone helpottaa lomailua. asunto oli erittäin siisti. hyvää vastinetta rahalle!

It was the perfect place to stay for our two families. The kids had plenty to do with the pool, basketball and petanque, and the garden has lots of room for play. The house is ideal: clean, spacious and has everything you need. Marko's lovely Mother gave us fresh eggs, her own olive oil and even baked us some pastries and bread. The setting is beautiful, a slice of rural Dalmatia with farming activities going on all around. The area is rich in wildlife and our April visit was peak time for spring birdsong and wildflowers. We even saw tortoises in the hills behind the house, and wild orchids. Vrana Lake is a short drive away, and there are many hiking trails near the house. Supermarkets are available in Pakostane and Biograd, and Zadar and Split/Trogir are an hour's drive. The stunning coast with secluded beaches in within 30 mins. We loved Murter especially. Marko was a great host - always available and he couldn't have been more helpful. We were very sad to leave! Hvala!

Wir haben 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super ruhige Lage und der Strand ist gleich vor der Tür. Wir kommen wieder.

In a nutshell: if Antonio's place is available, just book it. This place is all about the views, which were amazing from each level. I've never been to such a well equipped Airbnb. The kitchen had all sorts of cutlery, pots and tupperware which made cooking and serving communal meals easy. Oil etc was provided and the welcome platter was perfect for our first night. The outdoor wood fired BBQ was great too, we used that twice during our stay. Simple things like having an ice machine made everything easy, with the outside fridge we barely had to go inside. All en suite bedrooms was also a great feature, with plenty of towels and amenities. Lots of super markets nearby, we found Kaufland the best for a big shop. Hire cars were a must for is, though we were able to get ubers to and from the villa. The road up is quite steep, and realistically not easily walkable, but that comes with the private view you get at the top which really is panoramic with sunshine from sun rise to sunset

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning villa. The property is finished to a very high specification, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort and style. The pool was a definite highlight—beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made settling in effortless. The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Woche in der schönen Villa von Smilja. Es war alles super sauber und obwohl wir erst spät in der Nacht anreisen konnten war der Check-in kein Problem. Uns erwartete sogar ein Wilkommensgruß, vielen Dank dafür. Der Kontakt mit Smilja war toll - wie auch schon im Vorfeld total schnell und sehr freundlich. Uns hat es rundum super gefallen. Besonders der tolle beheizte Pool und das Spielzimmer haben den Kindern am besten gefallen. Und, dass sich in jedem Raum ein Smart-TV befand ;-). Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder, wir haben noch einige Ausflugsziele auf der Liste. Ein Mietwagen/Auto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, obwohl man Privlaka auch gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Cottage entspricht zu 100% den gemachten Angaben und Fotos. Ein sehr schöner Rückzugsort, wenn man nicht inmitten des Treibens von z. B. Zadar sein möchte. Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sanja hat uns als Gastgeberin persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Küche hat eigentlich alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Waschmaschine sowie Bügeleisen sorgen dafür, dass man auch zwischendurch mal etwas reinigen kann. Durch das eingezäunte Grundstück super mit Hund, da er sich frei bewegen konnte. Betten sehr bequem, Pool auch von der Größe her absolut ausreichend. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass man hier immer ein Auto braucht, um einzukaufen oder auswärts essen zu gehen. Die Altstadt von Zadar ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und absolut sehenswert. Gute Restaurants, sehr freundliche und tierliebe Menschen. Generell sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich und man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Innerhalb von maximal 30 Minuten aber alles erreichbar. Zadar, Novigrad und Biograd. Zum einkaufen nach Benkovac keine 10 Minuten. Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub und wir können dieses wunderschöne Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Genauso wie auf den Bildern 👌

Meine Familie und ich waren Ende September bei Marijana zu Gast. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und war mit dem Pool ein entspanntes Erlebnis. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und brachte uns sogar regelmäßig frisches Obst aus Ihrem Garten und half uns mit vielen tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist leider nicht wirklich zentral. In den umgebenen Dörfern gibt es zwar kleine Strände, jedoch sollte man bedenken ein Auto für die Erkundung zu haben, da es nahegelegen sehr ruhig ist und man etwas weiter raus fahren muss für mehr Aktion. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir verabschieden uns dankbar von Vrana, Kroatien. ❤️

Martina fanns alltid tillgänglig. Väldigt trevligt och fint boende. Det ligger på landet med djur och natur runt huset. Skönt med egen pool att kunna svalka sig på Morgonen och på kvällen. Gick snabbt med bilen in till Pakoštane där det finns många olika stränder och Restauranger. Kan varmt rekommendera att ta en privat båttur ut till naturreservatet som ligger ca 1h ut med båt. Finns nere i hamnen i Pakoštane en väldigt bra guide med båt och allt. Kommer gärna tillbaka till detta boende ❤️ Mvh Niklas med familj

Ett trevligt boende med fantastisk utsikt. Underbar start på dagen att äta frukost på balkongen med utsikt över vattnet. Trevlig värd som tog emot oss på ett välkomnade sätt. Gångavstånd till en strand där det fanns möjlighet till att köpa mat och dryck.

wat een fantastisch huisje met alles er op en er aan. we konden gebruik maken van het sup board, spelletjes, elektrische bbq etc. etc. En na dertig meter lopen sta je op het strand. (PRIVÉ strand wel te verstaan). Vissen, zwemmen, snorkelen. Wat een fijne locatie. Bernd, es war großartig!

Meilleur logement à Pirovac sans hésitation :) La vue est incroyable, coucher de soleil magnifiques, à 30 mètres de la plage. Igor est un hôte exceptionnel. Il est venu nous chercher à l’arrivée en bus, à propose de nous ramener. Les 2 chambres sont très séparées l’une de l’autre, on a la sensation de louer un appartement ensemble tout en ayant de l’intimité. Nous avons même eu la chance de tomber sur un dimanche « jour de barbecue ». Igor nous a très généreusement monté un plateau entier. Je recommande sans hésitation :)

Der Urlaub in Ivankas Unterkunft war sehr schön. Uns hat in der Wohnung nichts gefehlt und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage und Umgebung ist toll und und wir können das Bistro Ivan sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank

La vue du balcon est magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas ! L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Bien situé pour des excursions la journée (Zadar, Plitvice, Zadar,...) Je recommande !

Sve ono što smo željeli i zamislili dobili smo boravkom u ovoj prekrasnoj kućici na osami. Jedini zvukovi su pjev ptica i vjetar u krošnjama. Ljubazna Nataša nas je dočekala i uputila u sve sadržaje koje kućica nudi i ako netko dvoji bi li mogao biti na mjestu bez struje i vode, mi bi samo dodali da nam je tri noćenja bilo premalo da izguštamo sve ono što "kućica nema" (kako je opisano na stranici domaćina), a zbog čega smo ju zapravo i odabrali. Predivno mjesto za potpuni zen... hvala domaćinima. Ako bude prilike dolazimo ponovo bez imalo dvojbe... D&D

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this cozy, beautifully renovated house that perfectly complemented the stunning landscape. The views were breathtaking, and we only wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making communication a breeze. The location was peaceful and private, with everything we needed provided in the house. Free parking was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

It was perfect. We loved the whole island but Tamara's apartment is in the nicest spot of all - right on the beach and just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful village of Betina. We had everything we needed and will be dreaming of our time spent on that balcony until we're able to visit again.
