GEM IN A PLACE WHERE TIME STOOD STILL The best thing about this place is the location - right next to the sea in the tiny town of Zaglav. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful surroundings. You can jump into the sea right after walking out of the house. The view from the terrace is beautiful. This is the Host’s family home - on the second floor of which there are 4 studio apartments that have a shared outside entrance via stairs. The terrace of the apartments have some partitions but they are shared so in the end of the day not fully private. The studio (we stayed in no 2, then no 4 as we extended our stay, and Petra was kind enough to book us in) is modern, clean and has all the basics. Bathroom specially nice. Everything was very clean, and the AC works well. Parking is in front of the building, very practical. My only criticism would be the beds - they are doubles but there is a big gap between the two mattresses and we did not find them too comfortable. Petra is a great host.

We liked this place very much , it was very cosy and it has felt like a home. Our kids very also very happy to find big box full with toys 😃 Perfect stay !

Unbelievable location and the rooftop deck was great. Everything was spotless inside and the kitchen was fully stocked. The old town is less than five minutes walk and we had a perfect stay! There is free parking behind the building. It is a fourth story apartment, and there is no elevator, so just be ready for that. But getting in is super easy and everything is so close. Even a grocery store less than one block away.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners of the house. The shops were closed because of Easter but they reported this in advance and therefore they had already picked up some groceries in consultation with us. Everything was very clean and the house was fully equipped, there were plenty of towels (for bathroom and pool), the kitchen was very complete. The bathrooms even had tissues, cotton buds, cotton pads, hand soap, etc. One evening we were even able to see dolphins from our garden. Thank you Grgo and Biserka for the nice experience and maybe we will come back again.

Great modern villa with a handy supermarket just over the road. Felt very clean, had three large double rooms and a swimming pool (which sadly I didn't get to use due to the weather) Private at the time I was there as the neighbor in the house that overlooks was away. The host had great communication with me throughout the stay and I felt safe and comfortable in the location. Unfortunately during my stay they were digging up the road so it was very noisy most of the day. A real shame as I currently live on a building site at home and would loved some quiet- but that is no fault of the owner- just unfortunate. The weekends were blissfully quiet though- with the chickens clucking away instead. Loved the little apartment round the back- super en suite shower room! We had an amazing stay at Villa Bante! The house has beautiful traditional Dalmatian stone architecture that made our trip feel truly special. We came with our two children, and they had a blast exploring the property and especially loved the jacuzzi! The location is fantastic — just 15 minutes from Split Airport, yet completely peaceful with no noise pollution at all. Split is only a 25-minute drive away, and Krka National Park is just 45 minutes out. Overall, it's a perfect base with so many stunning destinations nearby. Ivana was warm and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Place was so nice and modern, the area around is beautiful. Definitely one of the best views from the balcony of the sea and houses. Villa was clean, with nice accommodations. Surrounding area is very peaceful and relaxing with a nice rural village and nice locals, other towns are just a bus ride away and definitely worth a visit. Overall, very relaxing and the balconies are perfect. Would come back again.

We had a wonderful time in Rogac on Solta. The apartment was just as pictured, super nice, clean and exceptionally well equipped. We enjoyed spending time on the large terrace overlooking the sea. We were there as a family with two children (10 and 12) and without a car. Ana and her husband were very helpful and drove us by car to the ferry terminal on arrival and departure, for example. Otherwise, we were traveling on foot or by kayak. The ferry terminal is about 20 minutes on foot. Here there is a kiosk and a simple pizzeria and of course the ferry to Split, which runs several times a day. To the nearest supermarket in the neighboring village (2 km and a steep hill) we needed approx. 35 minutes on foot. We also did a hiking tour to a fantastically beautiful bay on the sparsely populated south side of the island (4.6 km). Thanks for an unforgettable vacation.
