This lovely apartment is ideal for 2 persons( but 3 persons can fit as well). It's equipped with: kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge), bathroom, washing machine, 2 cable TV´s, air condition,WI-FI Excellently located in the center of Split (but still you can reach it by car) in the old part of Split called Manus.

An outdoor terrace is furnished with two lounge chairs and a cozy seating area, featuring a round table and four chairs. Soft curtains drape along the railing, filtering light. A natural fiber rug adds texture, while greenery is glimpsed in the background.

The house is not connected to electricity and water network but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks. Hot water in the shower is provided and also there is sun heated outdoor shower. In the kitchen there is no hot water.Stove is gas powered. Enjoy dinner on the front terrace in the evening or spend day on sun terrace 2m away from the sea.
