The apartment only got built in 2017 and I furnished it completely new in 2021. It's a very bright and calm Vibe. Its a residential building and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The Kitchen is very well equipped and comes with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The one bedroom has a 180*200m bed and the other room has a workspace including screen and a keyboard/mouse. The bathroom comes with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of towels.

Two single beds, kitchenette with fridge but without water connection (dishes must be washed in the bathroom). Right next to the forest, only 5 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn (10 minutes' drive to the city west, 30 minutes to the city east). 12-minute walk to the fair.
