Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown, Tucson

Stayed at the Wright House in Tucson during my daughter's graduation weekend from the University of Arizona. We had both my wife's and my parents and the house was perfect for us and our family. Each room had plenty of space and own separate bathrooms, so good places for everyone when they wanted alone time. The common spaces, inside and out, were great! We enjoyed having breakfast on the back patio each morning and had dinner one night at the outside table. The house has a great grill and we used it to prepare dinner that night. We also used the fire pit a few times, which was a fun place to gather and relax at the end of the day. Maja provides plenty of fire wood and easy fire starter materials so it was simple to start. We also liked the location as it had a fun pizza restaurant and cafe a block away. A few of us walked downtown for dinner and it was an easy 10 - 15 minute walk. Maja was very responsive from the first inquiry through our checkout and an awesome host.

Beautiful stay downtown with a historic house to enjoy! We absolutely loved the front yard, grass for our doggy to tan, rocking chairs to enjoy coffee and drinks!

We had a wonderful three-night stay. The pool was clutch during the 110-degree days, and the house was wonderfully cool. The kitchen is very well-stocked with cooking utensils, spices, cooking spray, tea, a French press, and a regular coffee maker. The decor is amazing and so thoughtfully put together. The house is located within a short walk to 4th Avenue and the university. The hosts were responsive and instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. I've already recommended this place for my in-law's friends who come and stay during the gem show, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Stayed for U of A graduation and appreciated the location. We walked or took the SLink to campus and we were close to 4th Ave activity. The property had all our needed amenities and was very comfortable for 6 of us. We would highly recommend to others wanting to stay close to downtown or the university.

We will be back already booked next year loved it!

Yen’s place was super clean even my mom (who’s really picky!) was impressed! The kitchen was well-equipped and felt very cozy. Also, it’s super close to Saguaro National Park! such a great location!

I loved how cozy and quaint this place was! But, the only thing I would change is that lockbox to retrieve the key out of. We struggled to open and close that thing several times!

This place is exactly as described and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Its a very quiet community which was greatly appreciated. The hosts are slow to respond and I needed to nudge them to answer me twice after many hours of no response, so its best to see if you find issues right off the bat. honestly, thats the only thing to watch out for aside from the pool key not working all the time.

Great place. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you might want. Pool was lovely and pool table was fun.

My husband and I had a great time staying at Christina’s! It was very clean, looked like it did in the pictures, and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked and all we had to get were our perishable food items, beer and wine! The main area with an open floor plan was wonderful! The bedroom was big, with his and her closets, and a comfortable king side bed. We enjoyed a couple of happy hours on the balcony, watching the sunset, and even had dinner out there one night. It’s a quick walk downtown to the restaurants and shops. The pool was really nice to have after hiking in the heat. We’d definitely stay there again!

Such a great place to stay off the beaten path. This studio has a cute lil vibe to it and everything we needed for a short vacay. Close enough to stores and restaurants but far away from traffic and noise.

I truly enjoyed my stay! I felt safe & comfortable in the space & the AC was really cold, which was nice as I was there when temps were over 100. I loved the garden space, hot tub & outdoor shower. And the cats! Very friendly hosts & I look forward to staying there again in the future.

My fiance and I just got a place for a night to get away from the city . It was quiet , beautiful , and relaxing ! would highly recommend to anybody touring Tucson or even to just get out of the city for a bit !! 10/10 it was a perfect stay for two !

My wife and I really loved staying at Gilbert's place. The attention to detail was incredible and we really enjoyed all the small things Gilbert does to make you feel welcome. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. Having to squeegee the shower door after every use was a little tiring, especially while on vacation, but otherwise it was an incredible stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at Darrel's condo this weekend, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The condo itself was beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every corner felt inviting and well thought out. What truly stood out was Darrel's responsiveness. Whenever I had a question, he was quick to reply, which made my stay even more enjoyable. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a great experience did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a cozy getaway. I can't wait to return!

Very flexible and responsive host. The place was in a perfect location, and had nice amenities.

My family loved staying here. The condo is located in a great spot. As far as the property, it’s clean and I can tell the host has placed their guests in mind. I will note that Ventana Canyon View seems to have an established older community of residents living there. So if you have little ones (as our family does) you may get a couple disgruntled neighbors as we did at the pool. I’d just be mindful of your littles and the residents. Other than that, we’d definitely recommend the space.

Everything was advertised or better. I stayed for a five day business trip and didn’t get a chance to take advantage of all of the amenities, but I thoroughly enjoyed the alternative to a hotel

Loved this stay! Very close to so many amazing things like 3 Canyons Wine Bar, and Sabino Canyon. Great amenities and wonderful place. Highly recommend!
