Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. The home was built in the 1930s, and features thick mud adobe walls, high shiplap ceilings, and builtin features not found in modern homes. The home has been renovated with new flooring, a new kitchen, and appliances. The home also features a great covered front porch that I love to eat and read out on. Close to Downtown, University of Arizona, Starr Pass hiking and biking, and Saguaro National Park in a quiet neighborhood.
