He was a great host, even when we wanted to extend our stay by a night or two, he responded quickly and gave us no trouble. I highly recommend him and this apartment for a little stay!

Responsive hosts, Wonderful place. Every time I work I LA I will be staying here. Quiet. Peaceful. New. Clean. All the amenities one could need. Stayed for 7 weeks. Loved every minute. Walking distance from nice restaurants and public transportation. Will stay here again

I stayed here as a travel nurse for about three months and absolutely loved my stay. It is a studio, so it fit myself and my cat perfectly. The view from the unit is to a building under construction, but the outdoor areas of the building had gorgeous views of the city and hills. The bed was very comfortable, and I had the basic needs in the kitchen to cook for myself, and everything was very clean and new (especially the bathroom). The parking was easily accessible. The building itself is very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the gym had most of what I needed, and the pool and hot tub were relaxing to enjoy. It is very quiet in the building, but there is lots to do around it - restaurants, the grand central market, Bradbury building, etc. The washer and dryer worked well for scrub laundry, and wifi was very fast and easy to access. I felt safe and was able to easily commute to wherever. Hanya was responsive and I felt supported during my stay.

Rented this beautiful apartment for parents’ visit. In the middle of dtla and walkable to grocery stores and good restaurants. Clean and quiet place with lots of sunlight. Parents loved it and will rent again next year!
