House vacation rentals in Downtown, Little Rock

Very quiet , close to All the freeways , and the home was very accommodating for our stay, we will definitely be back.

Our week long stay was absolute perfection! Would not change a thing! Thank you, Sarah— your place was exactly what we were hoping for!

This is a great house to rent for family or a group of friends. There were 3 bedrooms with different sized beds in each. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom; the other bathroom is in the hallway for the two other bedroom guests to use. The master bedroom had cute swan towels, and the bathroom towels and toilet paper also had cute decor. Bedroom closets had robes and slippers. There was a welcome basket of snacks with waters in the fridge, and the house rules were in a folder on the dining room table. The outdoor pool was cold, but that was expected with the weather. There were pool floats, noodles, and a beach ball. The pool table and couches are located downstairs. You cannot use the outdoor or indoor fireplaces, and the arcade game is out of order. The location was perfect right behind Trader Joes and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

This was the perfect spot for my daughter & friends to stay the night before her wedding! It felt like a very safe area & only 30 minutes away from The Venue at Oakdale so it made for an easy drive for the girls. The house was beautiful exactly like the photos online!

The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. I should mention that there is no dining table or kitchen seating. I did not see a shared pool, but that was not important to us in February. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Truly a park-like setting. Can't see the house from street view because it is tucked behind other houses. Fun "extras" like a putting green and grand piano. Close to parks and Hillcrest restaurants. Cameron was kind, welcoming, and communicative. We had a great stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Our family really enjoyed ourselves! The house was just as described and worth the price. Denver and Brandy were super nice, responsive, and accommodating. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a truly magical place to stay!

Josh was very friendly, responsive, flexible, and made the move in and love out really smooth. The place was really beautiful and my family enjoyed having a living room and a movie theater upstairs. The place was super clean. Josh gave us clear instructions on everything we needed.

The view and setting were incredible. We really liked the unique design of the home, and the balcony was especially nice. We got a lot of rain that kept us indoors, but watching the storm roll across the river and city from the large garage door type windows was spectacular. We would’ve been on the porch for that but it was sideways rain. I also always partly judge a hotel or Airbnb by the quality and quantity of toilet paper, and the home had extra rolls and I think it was Charmin lol. At any rate, it was pristine and gorgeous and we have a very nice time.

This was our second time staying with Dylan and it will not be our last! It is perfect - wonderful location and great host! We can walk to coffee shops and restaurants and the peaceful vibe of the house was perfect for us ( and our fur baby)! Dylan is super helpful and responsive! We live the improvements he is constantly making - it shows his commitment to making our stay the best! Book this one today!

What a beautiful older home! The neighborhood was peaceful and the people living around the house were so friendly. We loved the huge tub and all the room inside the house. It was so close to everything. Thank you Sheila ♥️

We absolutely loved this beautiful historic home! Jason was always so responsive and so flexible to our needs and questions. The location gave us great access to the downtown area while providing a peaceful and private home away from home!

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding in Little Rock - AMAZING place. It was so comfy and clean and fit us all perfectly. It also was super cute and decorated well, as well as had everything to make our stay easy. It was a convenient location, being located near the highway and downtown. Amy was also super responsive and I was really appreciative of that. The alarm helped us feel safe. We would totally stay here again and I would reccomend it to anyone!!

very cute and spacious house in a nice neighborhood. I loved the thoughtful decorating in this place and also loved their boardgame selection! The front porch is an especially nice place to hang out and enjoy the afternoon. This house is very well suited for people with pets or children, we didn't have either, but appreciate the eye to detail. The front entrance has multiple steps to get to, but the back entrance only had about 5 and the back entrance includes parking. The house is one level and the main bedroom has a shower you can step into so it is likely a good place for people who have mobility concerns.

Host was wonderful and very communicative. Home was beautiful, very clean, and very comfortable! Great for a weekend at a conference. Area seemed fine, but a bit away from convention center, restaurants, etc but ride share transportation was accessible. Would book again!

Great home for our family. 9 adults and plenty of space for everyone. In town for our daughter’s wedding and home was close to Walmart and Sam’s Club for all the last minute purchases. Home was fully stocked to make cooking dinner a breeze. Quiet location other than the laughter coming from the living room. Enjoy the home and swinging on the front porch swing!

Loved staying at Sammie's! It was beautiful, safe, clean, well-maintained, and just perfect for our family of 3 adults in Little Rock! Definitely recommend. We enjoyed the amazing gardens, fountain, and walking around the historic neighborhood. The house was well stocked and we felt right at home.

Comfy with a modern twist. The house is located in an older peaceful neighborhood close to downtown. The inside has been modernized with some lovely details. The pictures online are great but they do not do this little gem justice. Like most of the reviews stated, the beds are comfortable with a large shower and bath tub to enjoy in the master. It was the kitchen that we enjoyed the most with it's high-end appliances (Bosch fan club). Seasoning and cooking oils were available for use. Jeanette thought of everything! My husband and I are in agreeance that this was the most comfortable stay we have experienced so far through Airbnb.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect, close to my family and restaurants. The area was quiet and I felt safe. The home was extremely clean which is always my concern staying in an Airbnb. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very comfortable, we were able to check in a little earlier, which was great, and we were able to visit a lot of the sites with very little drive time. Communication with the host was very, very quick! Their neighborhood was quiet and I would highly recommend staying here!
