This charming and safe home is within a 15 minute walking distance of many restaurants and shopping, as well as UAMS hospital and War Memorial Stadium. This small apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, separate desk/work area, full kitchen, and full bath. We live on the first floor and rent three apartments upstairs. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.
