Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Downtown, Little Rock

Minerva’s place was very spacious with room to spread out. The lot backs up to a wooded area and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Minerva was quick to respond to messages and very thoughtful to leave a massive basket loaded with treats and fruit, and even some staples in the fridge! As we left the rental to go back home, my teenager announced, “This was a good place!”

This was a great stay! The host was helpful and proactive with communication, especially after a storm hit town and the power was down for a time. When we arrived, the house was very clean and was exactly as described in the listing. I would stay here again!

One of the most memorable experiences was stargazing through the telescopes during the rare pink moon. It added a touch of magic to our weekend and made for some incredible memories. The lake house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the attention to detail in the decor and amenities was impressive. The host was fantastic, ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. This lake house is a gem, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway with friends or family.

We had a great stay! Our family enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. Beds were comfortable and we liked hanging out on the patio and deck. We appreciated the instructions and local suggestions. Host was responsive and communicative. Also had accommodations for our small dog! Worked really well for our family.

My family of 6 stayed 3 nights at Residences during the Thanksgiving holiday. Prior to our arrival, the hostess inquired about our arrival time so she could coordinate the key fob pick up. Although we arrived almost at closing time on Thanksgiving Eve, the hostess waited for us in the lobby so she could put the key fob in my hand and escort us to our penthouse. Throughout our stay, our hostess was extremely attentive. I received replies very quickly when I had questions regarding parking, adjusting the thermostat, etc. The keurig wasn't working, so she brought us a new one within 15 minutes of being contacted. Our penthouse was clean, roomy, and peaceful with spectacular views of the buildings in the downtown area. We appreciated the ease of checking out upon our departure (we were only responsible for removing trash and cleaning out the fridge).
