Monthly Rentals in Downtown Kansas City

My stay at Eden’s place was great! The decor was really cute, everything was clean and well organized. Their maintenance is on top of it. I will say to be very conscious where you park on the street, I ended up getting towed because I was too close to a driveway. Overall this stay was perfect for what I needed, felt right at home for the month I stayed here.

Parking is the only negative to this place, but that is not the fault of the host. Thats just big city life. Very clean place with nice decor. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Great bang for the buck. Also amazingly fast responses when I needed questions answered.

I had an excellent experience here, and it was a perfect home away from home for my seven week stay. The apartment is a beautiful space, and the location is very good. I loved the high ceiling, and incredible exposed brick and beam construction of the building—and the light and the views from the large windows were so nice to wake up to every day. The host was kind, readily available, and thorough with all instructions. I would certainly stay here again!

A really nice apartment in the river market area. A lot of things to explore in walking distance and right next to a streetcar stop. The apartment itself is cosy and clean with a great view of downtown KC.
