I had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at Sophia’s place! It was quiet and private, which I really appreciated, and the private bathroom in the room was a huge plus. The balcony was such a nice touch—perfect for getting fresh air and unwinding. I loved the overall atmosphere of the space; it felt cozy and just right. Definitely worth what I paid. I stayed at Sandra's home for 11 days while preparing for an important exam, and it was exactly what I needed. The place is peaceful, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for focusing on studying. It's also in a great location, just a 2-minute walk to the Q train, which takes you straight into the heart of New York City. There are grocery stores and other essentials nearby, making everything super convenient. Sandra was a thoughtful and responsive host, and I really appreciated her hospitality. I’d absolutely stay here again!

I had a very nice stay at Veronica‘s place. Veronica was an excellent and very accommodating host. She has literally thought of everything that a guest could possibly need during their stay. The apartment is a small basement unit. But everything is squeaky clean and well organized. Since you may be sharing the apartment with up to three other guests, there are strict rules about quiet hours. However, everyone has their own private space. Also, the subway is only a little more than a block away. I would definitely recommend Veronica as a host to any visitor looking to spend a few days in New York.

I've stayed in the surrounding area of Jersey City multiple times in the past and this was by far the best AirBnB location I've had. It's a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the Path station, making it easy to get to & from the EWR airport, as well as to & from NYC. The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and has everything I needed for my stay. The local restaurants, bars, convenience store, grocery store, etc. are nearby as well, less than 1-block away, making it easy to get all the essential items needed for a stay. Rick was super responsive and accommodating during my stay, even providing helpful recommendations for places to visit. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will look to stay at this AirBnB for my future trips.

This is the best value accommodation in Brooklyn and Queens. If you commute up North by car regularly you will have to pay the tolls, so getting a EZPass Transponder is essential. You should plan far out if you take MTA. It is also amazing that there is a washer, dryer, and stove that some other Airbnbs restrict or don't have. Street parking is manageable unlike some densly populated parts in the city. Also being by the beach is great.
