House vacation rentals in Downtown, Jacksonville

First time in Jacksonville and we fell in love with this neighborhood! The house is awesome!!! My 3 year old jumped right into the pool, it was her favorite thing to do!! The highways separate San Marco, this house is in the residential side but we easily walked under the highway without having to cross major roads to the part with all the restaurants and businesses…we walked to southern grounds with our young kids every morning for breakfast and coffee, it was incredible and so kid friendly! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and lots of kids/families around, I wanted to buy a house here I loved it so much! The house was as described and perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfy, modern decor, really awesome! The best part was the backyard and pool, we spend a lot of time back there. Also just a great location to see lots of Jacksonville and check out the beaches nearby, we would absolutely stay here again! Very responsive and polite hosts!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Great home! The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful, very close to some great bars, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

Loved this place! I already liked it from the pictures but when I walked in, I was surprised to see that it was even better. The rooms are more open than the pictures give them credit for & I believe some of the decor had been updated (it was already cute but it looked even better/more aesthetic than before, in my opinion. The outdoor space was great & the pool was warm. This house is great if you want to be near the beach & in a more family friendly area! This area wasn't really touristy so it's perfect if you want to be in a location that's laid-back & not crowded. The house is right across the street from beach access & the neighborhood wasn't loud or wild. As a group of 9 girls, I don't think any of us ever felt unsafe at the house or in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay at this house again!

Rachel’s beach house was everything we were looking for and more! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing ocean views that you could see from just about everywhere in the house. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Rachel was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. The location was perfect, right on the beach, making it very convenient. The pool was also a very nice addition. If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape, this is it!

It was a very nice first experience. The home was beautiful, and very clean. Michaela and her husband were also very kind and they were so quick to answer any question I had!

Mark was very responsive, and welcoming. We loved the pool and hot tub! We also really enjoyed the pool table, and the spacious house. Highly recommend!

Lisa's place will hold a special place with my family. we had a wonderful time and loved every minute spent at "home"

I would rate this higher than five stars. The location was perfect for us to join the GORUCK HQ Ruck club for workouts and social gatherings. It was very easy to reach the beach. The beach chairs were a bonus for us to use as well. Everything about the home was excellent. We enjoyed soaking up the rays in the backyard, followed by a meal in the back under the giant shade tree. The furniture was all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking meals at home. We look forward to a return visit to Jax Beach and making this our rental again.

Was definitely one of our favorite places we have stayed in! The house was clean, spacious and provided lots of entertainment. We loved the backyard including the pool, corn hole boards and especially the ping pong table. The owners seem to have thought of everything. Communication was simple and easy. Can’t recommend enough. We went on family vacation with 6 adults, 1 baby and 2 small dogs. Plenty of room for all. Great water pressure for showers and plenty of hot water for all. Kitchen with bar area up to date and spacious. Thank you for making our place to stay safe and highly enjoyable!! Hopefully we can return one day.

Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

Overall it was a great stay. It was convenient because the beach was literally across the street. We we didn’t burn any gas riding around looking for things to do. Me and my kids loved it. The pictures on the profile could be better because I actually thought the living room and kitchen was bigger but that didn’t matter honestly. Publix and everything else was down the street! This stay is literally 30 mins away from the zoo , this is a great location for a getaway! Thanks!

Place was great. Nice neighborhood. Extremely roomy home. Clean and nice kitchen and backyard for grilling/cooking. Will definitely keep in mind for next trip to Jacksonville. Highly recommend.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, we loved the “Good Times” light and so many little details that made it feel like a vacation home. Enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Jacksonville is a wonderful city to visit. Will be back soon!

Very unique place in a great location. Has everything you need and a nice, clean pool. The secret opening for the master bedroom was a nice touch, and we also enjoyed playing on the arcade cabinet. Would stay again!

Great place for our family and friends!

My 4-week stay was fantastic! The home is spacious, in a safe gated neighborhood, and designed for comfort. The large kitchen, oversized fridge, and ample living areas made it easy to settle in, while the generous bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of space to unwind. The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The home is well-equipped with a large washer and dryer, a spacious one-car garage with a remote, and cold AC-though the heat worked perfectly on two chilly nights. The location is unbeatable, with a brand-new Publix across the street, CVS and Walgreens within walking distance, and plenty of dining options nearby. Be sure to try Serafina’s Pizza a few miles down the road-the Grandmother Style or Sicilian is a must! Would re-book whenever I’m back in town.
