This Airbnb is exactly as described and more. Very clean, spacious, and close to the beach. Hillary is a kind, responsive host. Anyone would be lucky to stay here.

Wonderful studio, a minute from the beach. Very clean and pretty. Only thing I suggest is that they provide Keurig for coffee and tea, since they provided cream and sugar! Also, provide salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, and ice!

My husband and I my daughter and 7 year old grandson truly enjoyed our stay . From the cleanliness of the Airbnb to the beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony or just steps away to the ocean or pool . Enjoyed the beautiful sunrises along with seeing dolphins every day of our stay. The beach was very clean and also we were lucky enough to see a turtle nest (roped off) to protect the eggs . William was a wonderful host -Looking forward to returning .

So many extras...beach chairs an d umbrella were great for the beach. The place was very quiet and peacful. The beach was a short 3 minute walk and was never crowded. We have stayed in this condo before and it is our go to for visits to Ponte Vedra Beach

This location worked beautifully for us. It was close to Mayo, which was important for this trip. I loved the 'castle bridge' location. The place was clean and neat. Traffic noise was a little more than anticipated, but I live in the country, so maybe it's just me. I would stay here again. Jared was amazingly responsive to our very minor questions.

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!
