My husband and I enjoyed our stay; the neighborhood/ home is historical and has a great downtown area to walk and see the riverside. We will definitely consider booking again!

This place was perfect for me and my husband! We spent the weekend here for a wedding and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was a close walk to everything we needed and very clean! The host was amazing with instructions and quick to respond. There is also a house manual that has a lot of great information and suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We look forward to staying with Coco again!!

Great location, is only about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and well maintained place. Would absolutely book it again in the future and recommend to friends and family. Has chairs, umbrellas, etc… to use for the beach. Great restaurants near by as well.

Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

Have stayed here more than once. So close to everything and so relaxing. They will take care of you!

Definitely a 10/10! The place was beautiful. Great vacation spot for a couple days. The pool was great, the kids were respectful and didn't splash us(loved that!!) had a nice cookout near the pool. Quiet at night. Totally coming again when I come back!

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

Eric’s place was good for the time we were there. The area is a bit sketchy, that’s the only bad thing I can say about it.

I stayed at this listing for a month and felt safe and comfortable. The unit is a private suite connected to the main house, but you maintain total privacy with in-unit amenities. The space is perfect for one or two guests, and the unit is located for you to enjoy Fleming Island and Orange Park. Jackie keeps the bathroom VERY well stocked also! Of note- for guests working from home, the WiFi is not the fastest. There is a smell of tobacco as mentioned in a previous review, but we did not find it to be an issue during our visit. I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and very responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. The location was perfect and peaceful but still close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Great place! Has everything you need. I stayed for a bit over a month and it was a good long term stay. The in unit washer and dryer was a lifesaver. Has all the needed amenities like pots/pans, coffee, plates, extra linens, etc. The host was very responsive and helpful! The area is safe and seems peaceful, no super loud noises except the occasional neighbor or train, it didn’t feel unsafe at any time. Parking is conveniently close. Definitely would book again when i’m back in Jax!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Absolutely a five star rental . We will return. Do keep in mind that this is a gated community and guests must have a pass to enter. Brianna was on top of allowing us to have visits from our family .

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully equipped with everything you could need and more. The view of the lake was stunning, and all the thoughtful touches like coffee, sweets, and water made the experience even better. I’m beyond pleased with my stay and truly grateful. Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

Very well done furnishings! They really hit the details with great coffee and quality products. We will stay with them again!

Thank you Paulo for allowing us to stay at your condo. We love the location of it - it was a beautiful drive to it within a gated community. It was easy to get in yet there are shops (Publix) right outside the gated community. The view from the balcony was a great way to start the day. Paulo provides detailed, easy to follow instructions to get the key and into the condo.

The condo was exactly as stated in the description. It is clean, and in a great neighborhood. The owner is very responsive.
